Villa Zara is located in the stunning green village of Islamlar  situated above the town of Kalkan. You will  spend your holiday in total tranquility with stunning natural surroundings and birdsong bringing music to your ears. This is the perfect spot for couples on honeymoon. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that has been mostly hidden from outside view, making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience more on their holiday.

The villas' striking pool terrace and sunbathing area is shrouded in plush green trees, completely sheltered from the outside world guests will feel like they are in their own secret garden. The generous pool has an integrated children's pool and a traditional ottoman seating area is concealed under the trees overlooking the pool. For the chef of the group there is an outdoor BBQ, in this tranquil garden is the whole family will love to feast under the sun or stars. 

The villas' interior has a modern and spacious design with large windows allowing sunlight to flood every room. On the ground floor the open-plan kitchen and living room have comfortable seating for either dining or lounging and admiring the natural greenery which frames the spectacular view. The villa's first floor host two generous bedrooms with en-suites and a master room with jacuzzi bath. Both access a substantial upper terrace sheltered by a woven canopy, the ideal spot to relax with a coffee and take in the natural surroundings.

Islamlar village where villa Zara is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants serving trout and traditional cuisine.  Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found at the side of the main road road and is accessed through a gated flight of steps. Parking space is available next to the gated entrance.

Pool Dimensions : Width; 4.00 m Length; 9 m Depth; 1.70 m

The indoor pool can be heated and can be adjusted for a fee . The maximum temperature is 25-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period. Villa Zara huzurun tek adresi...ev ,havuz kalitesi ve havuzu cevreleyen yeşilin görsel zenginliği ile adeta yenilendigimiz bir tatil oldu. Her şey ile bir zat yakından ilgilenen, bu yıl hac görevini tamamlayıp ayağının tozu ile bizleri ofisinde zemzem suyu ve hurma ile ağırlayan Hacı İsmail bey'e sonsuz teşekkürler. Aradığınız ailenizle huzur içinde bir tatil ise hijyene önem veren sizi kendi evinizin rahatlığı ile ağırlayan Villa Zarayi gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye ederim. Gelecek yıl Allahın izni ile görüşmek üzere.

Hello, we were very pleased with the villa we chose as a family, its location and architectural structure made us feel comfortable, great comfort for children and people wearing hijab, it was no different from your own house, it was cleaned well, thanks, there were materials such as a swing, playground equipment for children, very thinly thought only, backgammon for adults as well okey, we thought that we can stay without the need to go out.

The greenery of the garden gave a warm atmosphere and it was so thoughtful for a family with children that I can say we were amazed. Our children enjoyed the playground and the toys were incredibly happy. The welcome was so warm and sincere, it made us feel like we came to our own hometown, everything was meticulous and thoughtful, whether it was the cleaning of the villa, I can say it was a wonderful holiday for us, thank you very much.

Harika havuzu ve şirin bir bahçesi olan, fotoğraflarda göründüğünden kesinlikle daha güzel, daha temiz kaliteli bir villa konsepti. İslamlar Köyü'nün konumu itibariyle de yaz sıcağına rağmen yayla havasını anımsatan, Akdeniz manzaralı ve tek kelimeyle harika bir villa. Sabah kahvaltısını; şırıl şırıl akan su sesi eşliğinde, bahçedeki dut ağacının altında yer sofrasında yapmak ayrı bir zevk ve tek kelimeyle paha biçilemez. Villa sahibi İsmail Bey'in annesi Ümmügülsüm teyzemiz ve eşi Hüseyin amca ile eğlenceli ve bol muhabbetli dolu dolu bir tatil geçirdik. Özellikle geniş aileler olmak üzere, 2 kişi olan ailelerde dahil herkese Villa Zara'yı tavsiye ederim. Kesinlikle pişman olmayacaksınız :)

A quality villa concept with a wonderful pool and a cute garden, definitely more beautiful than it looks in the photos, and a cleaner quality. In a word, it is a wonderful villa with a Mediterranean view, reminiscent of the highland air despite the summer heat, in terms of the location of Islamlar Village. Morning breakfast; It is a distinct pleasure and simply priceless to cook it under the mulberry tree in the garden, accompanied by the sound of shimmering water. We had a holiday full of fun and conversation with our aunt Ümmügülsüm, mother of the villa owner İsmail Bey, and his wife, uncle Hüseyin. I would recommend Villa Zara to everyone, especially large families, including families with 2 people. You definitely won't regret it :)

25 Haziranda başlayan tatilimiz, ilk gün üzümlü bölgesinde çıkan yangınla ve 2.gün kızımın hastalanması ile gölgelendi ancak İsmail Beyin kıymetli annesi Ümmü Gülsüm Hanım Ablamızın yardımları ile negatif psikolojiden kurtulmamız şükürki çok sürmedi. Yaptığımız kısa süreli de olsa tatilden son derece keyif aldık. Özellikle havuz ve ev kesinlikle düşündüğümden daha iyiydi. Hastaneye kızımı beraber götürdüğümüz ev sahibi İsmail Bey'in annesi Ümmü Gülsüm Hanım'a çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Our holiday, which started on June 25, was marred by the fire in the grape area on the first day and my daughter's illness on the second day, but thankfully it didn't take long for us to get rid of negative psychology with the help of İsmail Bey's precious mother, Ümmü Gülsüm Ms. We enjoyed our vacation, albeit for a short time. Especially the pool and the house was definitely better than I thought. I would like to thank Ümmü Gülsüm Hanım, the mother of the host İsmail Bey, with whom we took my daughter to the hospital.

We really had a great holiday for 1 week, the owners of the villa are very guests, our villa was very well-kept and the location is very nice, on the hill with plenty of oxygen, it's a great place where a whole family can have a holiday, and there are shops nearby where we can see the needs of the house such as food and drink, this is very much for us. it was advantageous because we could buy our food such as fresh bread, fruits and vegetables every day, the swimming pool is bigger when seen in the picture, I would also like to thank the baransel group, I hope we will choose zara again next year

Yine yeniden Villa Zara :) Villa Zaraya ikinci gelişimiz ve iyi ki yine Villa Zarayı tercih ettik. Ev çok temiz, havuz tamamen korunaklı, havuz ısıtması sayesinde her saat rahatlıkla havuza girebilirsiniz ayrıca her sabah havuzun bakımı yapılıyor. Evin konumu gayet iyi, bahçesi çok güzel, serin olduğu için bunaltıcı sıcaklığı hissetmiyorsunuz. Ev sahibi İsmail Beye her şey için çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Kesinlikle her konuda yardımcı ve ilgili. Again Villa Zara :) It's our second visit to Villa Zara and I'm glad we chose Villa Zara again. The house is very clean, the pool is completely sheltered, thanks to the pool heating, you can easily enter the pool at any time, and the pool is maintained every morning. The location of the house is very good, the garden is very beautiful, you do not feel the sweltering heat because it is cool. We would like to thank the host İsmail Bey for everything. Absolutely helpful and caring. Both İsmail Bey and his precious mother are truly wonderful hosts. If you want to have a clean, quality, quiet and reliable holiday, definitely choose Villa Zara.

Öncelikle villa sahibi İsmail beye ilgi alakasından dolayı çok teşekkür ediyorum. Villa tahmin ettiğimizden daha güzeldi ve tertemzidi. harika bir tabiat içerisinde sessizliğin tadını çıkardık. hemen yanımızdaki markette köy bazlaması dahil ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladık. Havuz temizliğiyle görüntüsüyle, harikaydı. Küçük çocuğumuz için birazda mevsim korkusuyla havuza ısıtma istedik , iyi ki de istemişiz rüzgarlı hatta serin havada ve akşamları çok zevk alarak ailecek havuzun tadını çıkardık. Villa içerinde kullanılmış demibaş malzemelerin tamamı çok kaliteliydi. Deniz için Kalkana veya 15 km uzaklıkta çok büyük bir plajı olan patara plajına gidilebilir, ancak biz villadan fazla ayrılamayı tercih etmedik. biz önceki yorumları okuyarak gitmiştik, olumlu tüm yorumlara da aynen katılıyorum. Aslında güzelliklerini anlatarak gelecek sene işimi zorlaştırıyorum :) ama hak ediyor, ne yapalım kısmet

First of all, I would like to thank İsmail, the owner of the villa, for his interest. The villa was more beautiful and immaculate than we anticipated. We enjoyed the silence in a wonderful nature. We met our needs, including village bazlama, in the market right next to us. The pool was great with its cleanliness and appearance. We wanted to heat the pool for our little child for fear of the season, luckily we didn't want it in the windy or even cool weather and in the evenings, we enjoyed the pool as a family. All the materials used in the villa were of very high quality. For the sea, you can go to Kalkana or to Patara beach, which has a very large beach 15 km away, but we did not prefer to leave the villa too much. we went after reading the previous comments, I agree with all the positive comments. Actually, I'm making my job harder next year by telling about their beauty :) but it deserves it, what can we do kismet

Hem temizlik olarak hem villanin ferahligi konumu hersey mukemmeldi.Kaş, Kaputas plaji ve patara plajina yakin konumda oldugu icin istediginiz zaman cikip gezebilme imkaniniz var..Villanin yakininda ihtiyaclarinizi karsilayabileceginiz marketler ve restaurantlar mevcut.Villanin konumu cok guzel bahce manzarasindan ve terasindan denizide gorebiliyosunuz. Havuzu da tertemizdi ve isitmali oldugu icinde aksamlari bile havuzu rahat rahat kullandik. Korunakliligi icin asla kafanizda soru isareti olmasin cunku o kadar korunakli ki gonul rahatligiyla istediginiz gibi hareket edebiliyosunuz. Ayrıca soylemeden gecemem ismail beyin ilgisi ve o guzel yurekli komsumuz hemde ismail beyin annesi misafirperver teyzeye ikramlarindan dolayi cok tesekkur ederiz. My wife and I found the holidayvillam site by chance and did some research. Of course, we hesitated, especially in terms of hygiene. But when we chose this place, we certainly did not regret anything. We had a wonderful honeymoon. Everything was perfect, both in terms of cleanliness and the spaciousness of the villa. Since it is close to Kaş, Kaputaş beach and Patara beach, you have the opportunity to go out whenever you want. There are markets and restaurants near the villa where you can meet your needs. The pool was also clean and since it is heated, we used the pool comfortably even in the evenings. Never have a question mark in your mind for its shelter, because it is so sheltered that you can act as you wish with peace of mind. Also, I can't go without saying, we would like to thank Ismail's brain for his interest and our good-hearted neighbor and Ismail's mother, the hospitable aunt, for her treats. Tatilvillam.com 'u arkadaşımdan duydum. 2017 Nisan ayında balayı için bir villa kiralamış ve memnun kalmıştı. Balayı için villa kiralamak bana da çok mantıklı geliyordu. Bu siteden kendim için en uygun villayı aradım. Nisan ayında gideceğim için havuzu ısıtmalı olan bir villa gerekliydi. Ayrıca korunaklı(dışarıdan görünmemesi) olması benim için en önemli etkendi. Sonunda Villa Zara'nın aradığım kriterlere en uygun olanı olduğunu düşündüm ve hemen rezervasyon yaptım. İnsanın ister istemez aklına şüphe düşüyor ; acaba internetteki gibi bir villa ile karşılaşacak mıyım diye. Elhamdulilah ki Villa Zara'ya varınca şüphelerin yersiz olduğunu gördüm. Tatilvillam.com'da ne gösterilmişse hepsi vardı. Hatta fazlası bile. 24 Nisan 2018 tarihinde giriş yaptık villaya . Evin her yeri temizdi. Özellikle tuvalet ve banyolar gayet iyi temizlenmişti. Villa da her şey var; mutfakta işinize yarayacak bütün malzemeler(tost makinesi, mikrodalga fırın, normal fırın,buzdolabı ,bulaşık makinesi,mikser, tencereler, tavalar, tabaklar vs.), elektrik süpürgesi, ütü, çamaşır makinesi, saç kurutma makinesi, langırt, bahçe salıncağı, masa tenisi, jakuzi, yer sofrası, temiz havlular... Yani valizinize kıyafetlerinizi ve kişisel eşyalarınızı koyup gelebilirsiniz Villa Zara'ya. Havuz ısıtması gayet güzeldi. Akşam rahatlıkla girebildik havuza. Havuz ebatları da gayet iyiydi. Youtube'deki videodan daha büyük geldi gözüme. Yüzmeyi seven biri olarak bana yeterli geldi havuzun ebatları. Villa Zara kalkan merkeze yaklaşık 7 km uzaklıkta yolları virajlı fakat asfalt olması güzel. Kalkan merkezde bütün market zincirleri mevcut (bim, a101, şok vs.). Bankalarda var. Biz mutfak alışverişimizi kalkan merkezde yaptık. Kaş ve kalkan civarında civarında gezilecek yerlerde mevcut ( Patara plajı, kaputaj plaji, kekova adası, kaleköy, bir çok antik kentler vs.). Ölüdenize de yakın. Güzel, sakin ve huzurlu bir tatil için Villa Zara yı herkese öneriyorum. Pişman olmayacaksınız. Biz çok keyif aldık. Ve iyi ki otel yerine Villa Zara'ya gelmişiz dedik. Selamlar.

I heard about Tatilvillam.com from my friend. He rented a villa for his honeymoon in April 2017 and was satisfied. Renting a villa for the honeymoon made a lot of sense to me as well. I searched for the most suitable villa for myself from this site. Since I was going in April, a villa with a heated pool was needed. In addition, being sheltered (not visible from the outside) was the most important factor for me. In the end, I thought Villa Zara was the best fit for my criteria and I made a reservation right away. Inevitably, doubt falls into one's mind; I wonder if I will encounter a villa like on the internet. Alhamdulilah, when I arrived at Villa Zara, I saw that the doubts were unfounded. Whatever was shown on Tatilvillam.com had it all. Even more. We entered the villa on April 24, 2018. Every part of the house was clean. Toilets and bathrooms were particularly well cleaned. The villa has everything; all the materials that will be useful in the kitchen (toaster, microwave oven, normal oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, mixer, pots, pans, plates, etc.), vacuum cleaner, iron, washing machine, hair dryer, table football, garden swing, table tennis , jacuzzi, floor table, clean towels... So you can put your clothes and personal belongings in your suitcase and come to Villa Zara. Pool heating was fine. We could easily enter the pool in the evening. Pool sizes were also very good. It looks bigger than the video on youtube. As a person who likes to swim, the size of the pool was sufficient for me. Villa Zara is about 7 km from the center of Kalkan, the roads are winding, but it is nice that it is asphalt. All market chains are available in Kalkan center (bim, a101, shock etc.). It's in the banks. We did our kitchen shopping in the center of Kalkan. There are places to visit around Kaş and Kalkan (Patara Beach, Kaputaj Beach, Kekova Island, Kaleköy, many ancient cities, etc.). It is also close to Ölüdeniz. I recommend Villa Zara to everyone for a nice, quiet and peaceful holiday. You will not regret. We enjoyed it very much. And we said that we came to Villa Zara instead of the hotel. Hello.

Ekim ayının üçüncü haftası balayı için bu villayı tercih ettik. Öncelikle bu villayı tercih etmemdeki sebep özelliklerinin en altında alkol tüketiminin yasak olması ibaresi idi. Villa sahibinin duyarlı bir kişi olduğu kanısı verdi ve çok şükür de öyle birisiymiş çok memnun kaldık. Havuz ısıtması ve korunaklı olması açısından gayet iyiydi. 2 kişi için büyük ama fiyatı bakımından diğer büyük villalara göre fena sayılmaz ve küçük korunaklı villa bulmak çok zor. Bahçe ve havuz temizliği olsun etrafının güvenilirliği ve gezilecek alışveriş yapılacak yerlere yakınlığı olsun herşey çok iyiydi. Villa sahibi İsmail beyin ilgisi, misafirperverliği ve bizi uğurlarken ki hediye ettiği kendi yetiştirdiği oldukça lezzetli üzümleri için kendisine çok teşekkür ederim.

He gave the impression that the owner of the villa is a sensitive person, and thankfully he was, and we were very pleased. The pool was very good in terms of heating and being sheltered. It is big for 2 people, but it is not bad compared to other big villas in terms of price and it is very difficult to find small sheltered villas. Everything was very good, be it the cleanliness of the garden and the pool, the reliability of the surroundings and the proximity to places to visit and shopping. Villayı kiralamadan önce yorumları okumuş ve villayı bu şekilde değerlendirmeye almıştık. Gerçekten yazıldığı gibi temiz, sakin, korunaklı, rahat ve güzeldi. Bir tek mesafe olarak merkeze uzak gibi görünse de, alışılıyor ve yol kısa gelmeye başlıyor. 2.5 yaşındaki oğlumuz ve biz hiç sıkılmadık. Villanın korunaklığı açısından çok rahat ettik, havuz ısıtmalı olduğundan gece bile havuzu kullanabildik. Ayrılırken üzülmedik değil, gerçek manada tatil yapmış olduk. Ayrıca burada anlatıldığı gibi ev sahibi çok anlayışlı, İsmail beye tekrar teşekkür ediyoruz.

Before renting the villa, we read the comments and evaluated the villa in this way. It was really as written, clean, quiet, sheltered, comfortable and beautiful. Although it seems to be far from the center as a single distance, it gets used to and the road starts to feel short. Our 2.5 year old son and we were never bored. We had received the first signals that we had arrived at the address...we Mr. Ismail in the front, we made assumptions with various scenarios until we reached our holiday home, children..and we arrived at the villa zara, did we have a good kife...after this moment, it was very nice ...the ultra luxury that took all our needs with us and went. Ankara’dan sıcak altında uzun ve yorucu bir yolculuk sonrası Kalkan’a ofise ulaştık, ofis elemanlarının nazik karşılamalarından sonra İsmail Bey’le tanıştık ve bizi Villa Zara’ya götürdü, daha Villanın kapısı aralanır aranmaz temiz ve nezih bir eve geldiğimizi gördük. Havuzumuzun genişliği ve temizliği son derece memnun ediciydi. Villanın temizliği, eşyaların ve kullandığımız malzemenin bakımlı ve yeni olması tatilimize renk kattı. Temmuz ayında tatil yapacakların havuz ısıtması kullanmalarını öneririm biz çok rahat ettik. İsmail Bey ve İzzet Bey’e gösterdikleri alaka ve misafirperverlik için teşekkür ediyorum. As soon as the door of the Villa was opened, we saw that we came to a clean and decent house. The width and cleanliness of our pool was extremely satisfying. The cleanliness of the villa, the well-maintained and new materials and the materials we use added color to our holiday. Muhafazakar aileler için de korunaklı olduğu için oldukça mantıklı bir seçenek. Bizim için en büyük dezavantaj havaların kötü olması oldu. Havuza sadece bir defa girebildik onda da çok duramadık. Ancak her şeye rağmen güzel bir tatildi. Temizlik olarak gayet temiz bir villa olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Tabak, çanak, havlu, saç kurutma mk. gibi gereçler düşünülmüş. Yemek hazırlarken malzeme olarak sıkıntı çekmezsiniz. Bizim en beğendiğimiz yer bahçenin köşesinde bulunan çardak kısmıydı. Yemeklerimizi hava şartları müsaade ettiği zamanlarda hep orda yedik. Gerçekten havası olsun sessizliği olsun insana huzur veriyor. Ayrıca Kaş Kalkan tarafları da gezmeye ve görmeye değer. Daha önce gitmeyen varsa kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Everything in Villa Zara has been thought through in detail and offers users a pleasant holiday opportunity. We used it as a honeymoon in May. We had a nice quiet holiday alone. It is a very logical option for conservative families as it is sheltered. The biggest disadvantage for us was the bad weather. We could only enter the pool once, and we couldn't stay there for long. However, it was a good holiday nonetheless. I can say that it is a very clean villa in terms of cleanliness. Plate, dish, towel, hair dryer mk. such equipment is considered. While preparing food, you will not have any trouble as a material. Our favorite place was the gazebo in the corner of the garden. We always ate our meals there when the weather conditions allowed. It really gives peace to people, whether it is air or silence. In addition, Kas Kalkan sides are worth visiting and seeing. If you haven't been before, I highly recommend it.

Farkı yakın lokasyonlardaki Kaş, Kalkan, Fethiye gibi sahil beldelerini ziyaret ettiğinizde anlayacaksınız. Sahile 7 km mesafede olmasına rağmen bir yayla ferahlığında nemsiz ve ferah bir havaya sahip. Temmuz ayında yaptığımız tatilimizde klimaya ihtiyaç duymadık. Ülkemizin geçtiği olan üstü süreç nedeniyle bu güzel tatilimizi planladığımızdan biraz erken bitirmek zorunda kalmamıza rağmen güzel bir bal ayı tatili oldu. Konfor olarak harikaydı. Temizlik olarak da güzeldi. Doğa, deniz, tarih hepsini bir haftada yaşadık. Villa Köy içinde olduğu için havası harıka istanbul havasından sonra insanı gerçekten dinlendiriyor. Ancak kesinlikle aracınız olmalı biz uygun bi fiyata kiraladık çok rahat ettik. İsmail beye tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz tekrar görüşmek üzere inşallah. Fiyat olarak biz mayıs ayında gitttik makul fiyatlardı.
