Villa Yüksel 3 is situated high up on the hills of Kördere above the town of Kalkan. From here the views of rolling green hills meeting the endless sea are breathtaking. This is a wonderful property for a honeymoon couple with an infinity pool and jacuzzi for guests to unwind and take in the natural surroundings.
The interior is spread across one floor, is contemporary and light with all the facilities you could want in it's open-plan kitchen and living room. The incredible sea views can be enjoyed from every point in the villa and there is access to the pool terrace from each room. The pool terrace is the peaceful haven of this villa where the sea stretches out far beyond the infinity pool and nothing ca be heard except the sound of nature. The pool terrace has a sunbathing area and a canopy shaded dining area with double seat swing chair and BBQ adjacent to the pool. This property is a secluded property as the pool terrace is totally concealed and there is nothing obscuring the front of the property. This is an ideal holiday place for conservative guests or guests who want to experience total privacy and freedom on their holiday.
The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Yüksel 3 is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. The villa entrance is accessed by going up a long flight of steps and parking is available at road level below the villa. Alternatively guests can use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the area.
Villa Yüksel 3 is one of four villas built adjacent to one another and this villa sits below villa Yüksel 2. The entrances to these villas are completely independent from one another. For groups who are considering renting more than one villa we recommend taking a look at the other villas next to Yüksel 4; Yüksel 1, Yüksel 2, Yüksel 3 and villa Espada which is just below the Yüksel villas.
