Villa Yüce 1 is a secluded villa located right in the heart of Kalkan's peaceful mountains. Guests will delight at the unspoiled wonderful views, stretching out in front of you are rolling green hills reaching out to the sea and in the distance is a quiet traditional village. The pool terrace has been well designed to take advantage of the local natural beauty. The terrace features a large infinity pool with integrated children's dipping pool, sunbathing area, sheltered outdoor dining and BBQ area, traditional corner seating area and a swing seat adjacent to a small green garden. Guests will find total peace in the space where blue and green merge and surround you. This villa's pool is sheltered with a curtain system and has been mostly hidden from the outside, making this property the perfect choice for a conservative family or guests who desire more privacy during their holiday. 

The interior is light and contemporary in design using a cream and white colour scheme throughout. Spaced across 3 floors are 4 en-suite bedrooms all with spectacular panoramic sea views. The master bedroom is on the second floor and offers a large large jacuzzi with kitchenette so our guests can prepare a beverage before they soak in the bubbles. There is access to a large roof terrace designed for sunbathing and from this extra elevated position guests will marvel at blue sea stretching out endlessly beneath their feet.

An electric generator is installed at this villa.

The location of the villa is an area of Kalkan called Kordere situated in the mountains above Kalkan town and the sea. While this location lends itself to uninterrupted views and total tranquility it is not within walking distance to the town, beach and restaurants. The gravel road leading to the villa is off the beaten track. Guests may wish to hire a car or use the reasonably priced local taxi services. A sheltered parking space with 2 cars capacity is available at this villa.

The indoor pool can be heated and can be adjusted for a fee . The maximum temperature is 25-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period. Prices can be found on the payment page for your requested dates.

Öncelikle villaya ulaşımımız çok kolaydı. Deniz, adalar ve kalkan merkez harika gözüküyordu. Bünyamin bey bizi güzel karşıladı ve ağırladı. Eksikler konusunda aradığımız zaman yakından ilgilendiler. Her sabah havuzumuz temizleniyordu. Harika ve mutlu bir hafta geçirerek oradan ayrıldık. Gün batımını izlemekte çok güzeldi. Her yerden tamamen korunaklı. Ayrıca kasım ayında havuzun ısıtmasını bizim için açtığınız içinde teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar söylüyorum manzara harika.

3-10 Eylül 2023 tarihleri arasında (bugün çıkış yaptık) villanizda konakladik. Temizliği, ev sahibi Bünyamin bey ve Dilek hanımın ilgi alakası özellikle Dilek hanım'ın bizi evde karşılaması çok şıktı. Villanın konumu, rüzgarın eksik olmaması, Kalkan'ın boğucu havasından uzak olması çok iyiydi. Basta tatil villam ailesi olmak üzere, villa sahibi Bünyamin bey ve Dilek hanıma bizleri villalarında ağırladıkları için teşekkür ederiz.

mayıs 2022 de sezonun ilk misafirleriydik. buna rağmen temizliğinden memnun kalmadık. kullanılmayacağını düşünmüş olacaklar ki battaniyeler kirliydi. yatakların altı toz içindeydi astım hastalığı olan annem geldiği ilk gün odayı süpürmek zorunda kaldı. jakuzide elektrik kaçağı vardı ve buzdolabının dondurucusu bozuktu. ev sahibiyle durumu paylaştığımızda 'ben bu evde yaşamıyorum ki nereden bileyim' cevabıyla karşılaştık. ancak sezon arasında bu durumların tespit edilip tamir edilmiş olmasını beklerdik. son yıllarda tatillerimizi fethiye ve kalkan da bulunan böyle müstakil villalarda yapıyoruz. şimdiye kadar kaldığımız en kalitesiz villaydı. özenle incelenip tadilattan geçmesi gerekiyor. havuzu büyük, manzarası güzel doğanın içinde konumu itibariyle sessiz ve sakin olması da olumlu yanlarıydı. herşeye rağmen bizim amacımız ailecek izole bir şekilde birlikte vakit gecirmekti ve bunu sağladıkları için teşekkür ederiz.

1 haftalık tatilimizi gayet konforlu, kullanışlı ve temiz bir ortamda keyifli bir tatil geçirdik villanın içi ve bahçenin genişliği çok güzeldi eşyalar kullanışlı ve rahattı keşke biraz daha kalkabilseydik ama tekrar tatil için olmasa da yolumuz düşerse tercihimiz kesinlikle villa yüce 1 olacak teşekkür ederiz.

We entered the villa on June 14, 2021. First of all, I used to think that the operators or organizers wrote the thank you comments for the villas and hotels. I felt the need to write a review after this holiday. The villa was very stylish and clean, and the view and air was really nice. I left the villa you went to with dozens of question marks in my head. Also, the villa is very close to the markets by car, away from the whole crowd of the city, only you and the unique view, the villa is supreme for everything. thank you family.

Located just above Kalkan, Villa Yuce offers stunning, uninterrupted views of the bay which are particularly enjoyable at sunset. The villa was very clean and kitted out with every amenity needed. With an ensuite bathroom attached to each bedroom and air conditioning in every room, we had an extremely comfortable and enjoyable week. Our property manager was exceptional; he organised airport transfers as well as providing us with excellent information about the local area and activities. We had a fantastic week and I would highly recommend Villa Yuce.

Absolutely amazing villa with beautiful views over Kalkan. All the rooms were very spacious and the outside pool area a good size to fit a large group with unbelievable views but still only a 5 minute (40 Lira) journey to Kalkan. The stay was perfect and would definately go back!

Villa Yuce had everything we wanted for an amazing vacation on the coast! Our group consisted of four adults and two children (2.5 years old and 10 months old), and the house had PLENTY of space! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony, including a rooftop terrace! The pool and outdoor spaces were our favorite, which included grilling fresh caught fish on the outdoor grill and then eating poolside on the nice big table! This villa is super private which is nice compared to other villas that sit on top of one another. In addition to the house, pool and beautiful surroundings, the owner and manager are incredibly helpful as well. I had a little car trouble, and since I can't speak Turkish, they actually took my car to a local mechanic to have it looked at - the hospitality is overwhelming!!!! I highly recommend this property to anyone interested! Cheers!

Villa Yuce is located all alone of a hill with beutiful view over Kalkan bay, you don't need to be wafraid to disturb anyone. The Villa has all you need for a great vacation but the little extra is missing, i.e. we bought a juice press to the house that now also other guests can use. Normally you get some kind of information about the vila and area around it at arrival or there is a folder in the villa but here we didn't get anything. The pool have a good size and is very clean but the dining table outside is only for 8 and we was 10 peaple so we needed to take down a small table from one of the balconies. Otherwise it's like other villas in Turkey: warmwater problems, a lot of animals (we saw scorpions, camel spiders, bugs, cats, dogs, bats and more) and A/C problems (solved during our stay). Every room have it's own bathroom with shower and despite some minor problems I don't think you will be disapointed at your stay at Villa Yuce

Had an amazing time here. Beautiful, peaceful, clean, modern and private. Great help from Mustafa. Car definitely needed though. But it is a little cheaper using taxis if your only going down into kalkan and home again. That's like £10 rather than £22 A day car hire. Transfer arranged to and from the villa - dalaman airport was best price you will get and both drivers were very good. Stopping for bottles of ice cold water. We rented a car and went to Kas, Patara beach, Xanthos, Saklikent gorge and Kaputas beach. Easily found our way around. Beautiful sunset behind the hills over Kalkan bay seen from the villa. Cooking on the BBQ was great. We will definitely be back next year.

If you can get over the downside of having to get a taxi everywherethen you will find this location fantastic. Having said that, because the exchange rate was so good it only costs £5 each way into town. Very quiet and peaceful with great views. The interior decor is slighty dated but everywhere is clean. Showers are quite small and need updating. Brilliant large screen tv that you can access Netflix on. There were certain items lacking in the villa but the owner immediately provided whatever was needed. The owner visits most days but doesnt speak English, however Mustafa the Agent speaks perfect English and will sort any problems. In May it was nice ( and essential to have the pool heated). Overall if you get this villa at a competitive price you will not be disapointed.

This villa is in an excellent location with stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and Kas. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a quiet holiday in a very private location with stunning views and beautiful sunsets. Mustafa is an excellent host who ensures that his guests wishes are granted quicker than a genie. He went the extra mile to make sure our holiday was perfect. We will be renting villas from him in the future.

It’s an absolutely amazing villa. The views are incredible, you can’t get enough of them. So picturesque. Villa is actually exactly like in the photos. Inside is very spacious and modern with everything you would need for holidays. You would definitely need a car to go everywhere but it’s well worth is for the views. The pool was cleaned every day, as well the rubbish was collected everyday. Would highly recommend and we definitely will come back.

Kimsenin görmediği sadece sizin olduğunuz bir yer istiyorsanız kesinlikle burası hiç tereddüt etmeyin manzara ve siz başbaşasınız.

No, should I describe the scenery of such a place, should I describe the house, should I tell you that you are far from everyone, I can summarize it in one sentence. Words are useless. We liked it so much that we even made plans to come next year without leaving the house. ? We would like to thank Bünyamin and his family for their interest. We would like to thank the gentleman who takes care of the garden and pool every morning. If you want a place where no one sees you and only you, don't hesitate, the view and you are alone.

Tüm yorumları okudum ve hepsine sonuna kadar katılıyorum. Herkes çok doğru şeyler yazmış. Özellikle kimselerin sizi görmesini istemiyorsanız Kalkan’daki en doğru yer diyebilirim. Muhafazakar aileler için çok ideal. Villa için yapabileceğim tek negatif olay malesef sinek,böcek ve bir sürü haşere ile uğraşmamız. Odaların camlarını açamıyorsunuz, akşamları havuz kenarında oturamıyorsunuz. Özellikle çekirge, örümcek ve bazı böceklerin hiç görmediğimiz kadar büyüklerini burada gördük. Villanın konumundan dolayı sanırım evin bahçesi dahil her taraftan karşınıza bir böcek çıkabilir. Akşamları sivri sinekten bahçede doğru düzgün oturamıyorsunuz. Fakat böcek, çekirge, örümcek vb gibi haşerelere karşı hassasiyetiniz varsa malesef bu villa sizin için uygun olmayabilir. Daha çok binaların ve komşuların olduğu kalabalık alanları tercih edebilirsiniz. Hatta öğrendiğimiz kadariyla daha kalabalık alanlar ilaçlanıyormuş ama bu villa tek başına bir tepenin üzerinde olduğu için fazla izole bir yer.

I've read all the comments and I totally agree with them all. Everyone has written very well. I can say that it is the right place in Kalkan, especially if you do not want people to see you. Ideal for conservative families. The only negative thing I can do for the villa, unfortunately, is that we deal with flies, insects and a lot of pests. You cannot open the windows of the rooms, you cannot sit by the pool in the evenings. In particular, we saw grasshoppers, spiders and some insects larger than we have ever seen. Due to the location of the villa, I think you may encounter an insect from all sides, including the garden of the house. You can't sit properly in the garden because of mosquitoes in the evening. However, if you are sensitive to insects such as insects, grasshoppers, spiders, etc., this villa may not be suitable for you. You can prefer crowded areas with more buildings and neighbors. In fact, as far as we learned, more crowded areas are being sprayed, but this villa is a very isolated place because it is on a hill by itself.

Bu ikinci gelisimiz ve ilki gibi yine hayran kaldik. Manzarasi ve evin kendi designi gercekten büyüleyici. Her sabah bu inanilmaz manzaraya karsi uyanmak kadar gibisi yok! Ev korunakli oldugu icin özelliklw kapali bayanlar icinde cok uygun. Ayrica Bünjamin Abi (evin sahibi) ve esi bizi yine cok iyi karsiladilar. Cok sempatik ve sicak kanli insanlar, birsey oldugunda rahatlikla her saatde arayabileceginiz insanlar. Evin konumuda cok iyi. Yakinlarda market, bakkal hersey var. Kalkan carsisina arabayla maximum 5 dakka. We loved this place! It‘s been the 2nd stay here and as the first it was just amazing. This is our second visit and we were just as amazed as the first. The view and the design of the house itself is truly fascinating. Nothing like waking up to this incredible view every morning! Since the house is sheltered, it is very suitable especially for closed ladies. In addition, Bünjamin Abi (the owner of the house) and his wife again welcomed us very well. Very sympathetic and warm-blooded people, people you can easily call at any hour when something happens. The location of the house is very good. There is a market, grocery store, everything nearby. Maximum 5 minutes by car to Kalkan bazaar. We loved this place! It‘s been the 2nd stay here and as the first it was just amazing. Great villa, definately private, nice pool area and a really great view! Hopefully it will not be our last stay! We definately plan to come back InshaAllah! We were definitely very satisfied. We will have the opportunity to come again next year InshaAllah.

Manzarası, havuzu, bahçesi, sakinliği, korunaklılığı, merkeze yakınlığı kısacası herşeyiyle tam bir balayı yaşattı bize. 2017 eylül ve 2018 eylülde yine yüceyi tercih ettik. O tepede sadece sizin olduğunuz bir villa, diğer villara bakarken “siz hepiniz ben tek hissi yaşatmıyor değil” ?

Villa’nın kendisi bir kere çok güzel, yok yok adeta. Isıtmalı havuzundan yatak odasındaki jakuzisine kadar herşey çok güzel. Balayı için ideal, kafa dinlemek için çok uygun bir yer. Manzarasına gelince, deniz çok rahat ve güzel bir şekilde görünüyor. Eşim ve benim için en önemli nokta ise villa’nın ve havuzun korunaklı olması gerektiğidi. Bu hususta da tam not aldı benden bu Villa, havuza rahat rahat girebilirsiniz özellikle kadınlar için söylüyorum.

The villa itself is once beautiful, almost as if nothing. Everything is beautiful, from the heated pool to the jacuzzi in the bedroom. Ideal for honeymoon, a very convenient place to rest your head. As for its view, the sea looks very relaxed and beautiful. The most important point for my wife and me was that the villa and the pool should be sheltered. This Villa got full marks from me in this regard, you can enter the pool comfortably, especially for women.

We had our holiday in the villa in the middle of September. Everything you need is available in the villa. Also, it is not far from the center, but a car is needed. The weather was very nice in September, it was hot but not overwhelming. However, the evenings can be breezy due to the location of the villa. We bought the pool heating and it worked for us very early in the morning. or we could use the pool at late evening. We were worried that there would be damage in the area, but we did not see even mosquitoes. I think the owner said he will make renovations after us, I think it will be even more beautiful next season. We recommend it to those who are thinking of going, especially for large groups like us. Finally, every morning is a wonderful day. you wake up to the view, every room sees the sea, even this is a great reason for choosing.

Eşimle birlikte balayı tatilimizi yapmak üzere Villa Yüceyi tercih ettik ve çok memnun kaldık. Villa gayet korunaklı, sessiz, sakin bir lokasyonda bulunuyor. Yabancı birinin sizi rahatsız etmesi, dışarıdan uzaktan sizi görmesi çok çok zor. Villaya ait özel yol yapılmış. Havuzu da ısıtmalı olması nisan ayında 29 C lik suya girmemizi sağladı. Havuz da çok güzeldi. Konaklama için bu villayı tercih edenlere tek uyarımız mutlaka araç kiralamaları olacaktır. Villa ile ilgili herhangi bir kusur yada problemimiz olmadı. Başlıkta da dediğim gibi villadan ayrılmak çok zor oldu.. :(

We chose Villa Yüce to spend our honeymoon with my wife and we were very satisfied. The villa is located in a very sheltered, quiet, calm location. It is very, very difficult for a stranger to disturb you and see you from afar. A private road has been built for the villa. Kalkan merkez arabayla en fazla 5 dakika mesafede ama Kalkan`a inmenize gerek yok. Yol uzurinde kucuk bakkallar mevcut. Evden sikilirsaniz ki sanmiyorum Kalkan merkezde yapilabilecek cok fazlaca aktivite var. Gemi turunu kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Guzel koylari gezip denize girme imkaniniz var. Kisaca kesinlikle tavsiye edilebilecek bir tatil evi....

Havuzun hiç bir konumdan görülmemesi ve denize bakan manzarası ile keyifli anlar yaşıyorsunuz villada. Ancak bir daha gidecek olsam Eylül ayı yerine Temmuz ya da Ağustos ayını tercih ederim zira rüzgar bazen havuz ve güneşlenme zevkinizi bozabiliyor... Sessiz olmasıyla da tam bir huzur mekanı...

Fotoğraflara bakınca "muhtemelen göründüğü kadar iyi değildir. Fotoğraflar çoğu zaman yanıltıcıdır" diye düşünmeden edemiyor insan. Ancak vardığınızda anlıyorsunuz ki fotoğraflar az bile.. Hele çatı katında sabah uyandığın zaman karşında gördüğün o manzara yok mu.. 1 saatlik uyku ile duruyor olsan bile artık uyku aklına gelmiyor. Tabii ki bahçede kahvaltının hazır olduğunu bilmek de etkili oluyor :) Villa tam anlamıyla bir tepenin üzerine inşa edilmiş. Bu bağlamda biraz abartı ile birlikte şato benzetmesi dahi yapılabilir. Kalkan merkeze araba ile 10 dk uzaklıkta. Ancak daha yakında küçük marketler mevcut. Güneş battıktan sonra çevrede çekirge ve ateş böceği sesleri hariç hiç bir insan kaynaklı gürültü oluşmuyor. Villanın bahçesinin ve havuzun dışarıdan görünme imkanı kesinlikle yok. Şehrin gürültüsünden ve stresinden uzak, dilediğinizce özgür vakit geçirebilirsiniz. Kalkan merkezde yaprak dahi kımıldamıyorken Yüce'de püfür püfür esen rüzgar eşliğinde doyasıya tembellik yapası geliyor insanın. İlk misafir olduğumuzdan mı kaynaklanıyor bilmiyorum ama temizlik de üst düzeydeydi.Tabii ki hanımlar bulunla yetinmeyip çamaşır suyu banyosu yaptırdılar bize sağ olsunlar. When you look at the photos, you can't help thinking that "it's probably not as good as it looks. Photos are often misleading". However, when you arrive, you realize that the photos are scarce. Especially when you wake up in the morning on the rooftop, isn't that the view you see in front of you.. Even if you're standing with 1 hour of sleep, you can't think of sleep anymore. Of course, knowing that breakfast is ready in the garden also helps :) The villa is literally built on a hill. In this context, even a castle analogy can be made with some exaggeration. It is 10 minutes away from Kalkan center by car. However, there are smaller markets nearby. After the sun goes down, there is no human-induced noise, except for the sounds of grasshoppers and fireflies. There is absolutely no way to see the garden and the pool from the outside. You can spend free time as you wish, away from the noise and stress of the city. While even a leaf does not move in the center of Kalkan, one can laze to the fullest in the company of the wind blowing in the Supreme. I don't know if it's because we were the first guests, but the cleanliness was also at a high level. Of course, the ladies weren't content with what they found, they gave us a bleach bath. Thank you. I would like to thank Baransel Turizm for giving me and my family this pleasant experience, and to Mr. Bünyamin, who cleaned or cleaned the pool, garden and barbecue every morning while we slept.
