Villa Ustali

Villa Ustali is situated high up on the hills of Islamlar village above the town of Kalkan. From here guests can enjoy the views of green mountains rolling out to meet the sea in the distance. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that has been mostly hidden from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience more privacy on their holiday. The terrace has a green garden to the side with large hammock, a sunbathing area and infinity pool with a unique design that incorporates a dining table set into what was originally a children's pool at one end. This area is shaded by a canopy and a BBQ is provided so guest can feast among the natural beauty. 

The interior occupies two floors and incorporates a mezzanine level with the landing above the living area being open to look down to the room below. This double height architecture along with two storey windows gives this open-plan living room and  kitchen a spacious feel and allows sunlight to fill the rooms. A twin en-suite (which can be made up as a double) is located next to the kitchen with access to the pool terrace. The first floor offers the spacious master en-suite bedroom which has a large jacuzzi featured in the room opposite the bed and a private balcony- the views of the sea and mountains here are even more clear and will delight our guests.

Islamlar village where villa Ustali is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the local area. The road to the villa is a village lane made from gravel. The villa entrance is accessed by going down a flight of steps and shaded parking area is available next to the steps of the entrance.
