Villa Tepe is a stylish villa found in a great location close to the center of Kalkan in the Kızıltaş area. The villa has wonderful sea views accross it's 3 floors and roof terrace and is nestled in the green hills above the town. With both twin and double suites this is a perfect place for a family looking to unwind in a beautiful natural setting. As you enter the villa there is a washing room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a separate WC. The open-plan living room/kitchen has modern fittings and all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay. The view from this room is of the pool and guests can access the outside terrace from the front of the living room where there is a shaded outdoor dining area. There is a curtain system which can be used for guests who wish to have privacy. Winding stairs lead up to the bedrooms of the property, all of which are en-suite and have balconies which face out over the stunning Meditterranean sea. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has a jacuzzi and his and hers sinks. From the jacuzzi guests can gaze out at the spectacular panoramic views from the window opposite. With it's close proximity to town and yet serene position this is a fantastic villa for a family holiday. 

The entrance to the villa is accessed down a winding set of steps. The road to the villa is very steep so guests may wish to hire a car or use the reasonably priced local taxi services. There is parking space availble for guests who wish to hire a car.

Biz ailecek tatil için burayı keşfettiğimizden beri müdavimi olduk. Senede 2 kere geliyoruz. Üstelik her gelmemizde evimize geldik hissi paha biçilmez. Böylesi lüks ve temiz bı yerde bu his acayip dinlendirici. Ahmet Bey'in de bu konuda payı büyük. Kendisi çok düşünceli bir ev sahibi. İlgili ve nazik... Konum itibariyle bölgenin en güzel manzarası burada diyebilirim. Temizlik konusunda şüpheniz olmasın. Aşırı titiz biri olarak ben bile burada evimde gibi hissediyorum. Mutlaka tavsiye ederim. Eğer villayı inceleyip yorumlara bakıyorsanız dikkate alın bu yorumu asla pişman olmazsınız ;)

Its location is close to the center of Kalkan, a kind of indication that we are close to everything :) If you encounter any problem, it is taken care of immediately if you call the authorized persons. İlk defa ev kiralayarak tatil yaptık ve tedirgindik. Oldukça uzun bir yolculuğun ardından 'Villa Tepe'ye vardık. Eve girdiğimiz anda sanki kendi evimiz gibiydi. Enerjisi çok huzurlu ve keyifliydi. Rezarvasyon yaparken bütün yorumları okumuştum herkes güzel şeyler yazmıştı ve acaba doğru mu söylüyorlar diye düşünmüştüm. Yaşayarak öğrendim ki doğru söylemişler. Evde ihtiyaç duyulacak her şey var. Evin her odasında deniz manzarası, terasa gelince anlatılmaz yaşamak gerek.. Ayrıca ev sahibi Ahmet bey her şeyle bizzat ilgileniyor. Yaşamakta olduğumuz pandemi döneminde hem her gün denize ve havuza doyasıya girdik hem de son derece güvenli, huzurlu, konforlu MUHTEŞEM bir tatil geçirdik..

We rented a house for the first time and we were nervous. After a long journey, we arrived at 'Villa Tepe'. As soon as we entered the house, it was like our own home. His energy was so peaceful and joyful. While booking, I had read all the comments, everyone had written good things, and I wondered if they were telling the truth. I learned by living that they were right. There is everything needed in the house. The sea view is in every room of the house, and when it comes to the terrace, it is an inexplicable experience. Moreover, the owner of the house, Ahmet, takes care of everything personally. During the pandemic we are living in, we both enjoyed the sea and the pool every day and had a very safe, peaceful and comfortable holiday.

Ağustos sonlarına doğru konakladık ve gerçekten çok memnun ayrıldık. Gece teras çok güzel, manzarayı bırakıp gitmek istemiyorsunuz. Havuz tamamen korunaklı kimse sizi görmüyor. Evde rahatça konaklayabilmek için her şey düşünülmüş, elinizin altında. Ailece çok eğlendiğimiz ve dinlenebildiğimiz bir tatil geçirdik. Villa sahibi Ahmet Beye de ilgisinden dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum. En ufak sıkıntıda dahi son derece ilgili davrandı.

We stayed towards the end of August and we left very satisfied indeed. The terrace is very beautiful at night, you don't want to leave the view. The pool is completely sheltered, no one sees you. Everything has been thought of for you to stay comfortably at home, it's at your fingertips. We had a holiday where we had a lot of fun and rest as a family. I would also like to thank the owner of the villa, Ahmet Bey, for his interest. He was extremely attentive even in the slightest problem.

Müthiş kalkan koyu manzarası her katta karşınızda çevredeki en güzel villa çevresi korunaklı kimseyle muhatap olmuyorsunuz evde isteğiniz herşey mevcut daha önce villa tatili yapmamıştım ama özel havuzu denize çarşıya yakınlığıyla çok güzel bir tatil yaptık çocuklar sürekli gözümüzün önünde istediği gibi havuza girip çıktı. The magnificent view of the Kalkan bay is in front of you on every floor, the most beautiful villa in the surrounding is sheltered, you do not have any contact with anyone, everything you want is available at home. We went to Saklıkent canyon with our private car to Patara Beach. During this pandemic period, it was a special holiday especially for us, and we were very pleased. I would like to thank Ahmet, the owner of the villa, for his interest. Next year, our choice will be Villa Tepe. Thank you also to my holiday villa

Myself and 5 friends have just arrived home from a superb week in Kalkan. Villa Tepe (also known as villa Armagan) was perfect for us! The Baransel Group were extremely helpful especially Mustafa who was very attentive to our needs. It was clean and tidy and had all the facilities we needed. It was in a perfect location with a breathtaking view. The pool area was lovely and relaxing and the rooms were comfortable and clean all with en suits. Can't wait to return again next year!

Just finishing our 1st.week of 2 in this villa. All equipment and furnishings are top quality,all electricals are Seimens,which says it all. On leaving the airport we were collected in a car and the driver (Lewis Hamilton) sped along the dual carriageway at an average speed of 130 kph.( hairy) When we arrived at the villa Mustafa was waiting for us with the groceries we had ordered and gave us a tour of the villa.Nothing is too much trouble for Mustafa and a small problem we had was professionally dealt with in 5 mins. The rest of the villa is exactly what it says on the tin. Fastest internet connection I have ever had.4 levels with views to die for on the top floor with the lovely settees.We have already spent a couple nights up there. The villa is only a 5 minute walk,all downhill,to the centre of Kalkan and a 1 minute £3 taxi ride back. Everything is perfect and really looking forward to our 2nd week. One comment,beware of strange men trying to exchange your partner for a camel. My camel was lame,thank god I organised Sale or return,not half missing the camel!!

We holidayed at Villa Tepe during the early August; 2 adults, 2 children and a teenager (18). Suffice to say we all had a superb time; the villa was perfect, the location ideal and the property manager (Mustafa) bent over backwards to ensure that our stay was perfect. The villa itself was clean, the pool wonderful - especially in the Turkish heat, the rooms and en suites lovely and the views superb - although we nicknamed the roof terrace the 'oven' for obvious reasons. One suggestion would be for some basic instructions on how to operate some of the equipment in the house - particularly the oven and the electricity supply (it's very particular about which was the key fob is put in). Kalkan itself is idyllic - everyone was very friendly, no pushiness as in some resorts. There are literally restaurants everywhere serving delicious food at very reasonable prices (for a Londoner) so we dined out every night. The only thing to watch out for is the local beach - it's a man-made one and not too good, but with a pool at the villa we spent our days lounging around and relaxing in it. Overall one of the best holidays we have had in years - I cannot recommend the villa or Kalkan itself highly enough.

We just got back from stopping here for 2 weeks. What an amazing Villa this is, from the pool to the roof top it has everything and more. The views from every level are stunning. Mustafa and the owner were only a phone call away if we needed any help with anything like how to work the tv, he was round in five minutes . Villa is 5 minutes from town nice downhill walk. Surrounding area is very nice and peaceful. You get the sun from morning until night. My favourite time was sitting on the roof top at midnight overlooking Kalkan with the lights from town and the stars in the sky and the midnight cruise boats coming back into harbour. Kalkan is a hidden gem a beautiful romantic little town and we will definitely be back and definitely stopping at Villa Tepe.

Just back from an amazing two weeks at this villa.Absolutely amazing views from the rooftop which more than makes up for the very steep bank up to it...after a week we hired a scooter...the locals know exactly how to get about....great for sightseeing too! £8-10 per day! Kalkan is not for anyone with mobility problems but you could use the taxi service which is very cheap approx £3! The villa was just as described and only a five min walk over a footbridge finds you in the town.. which is a little gem full of fabulous rooftop restaurants and shops....so many to mention our favourite being "Kosk" but Mussaka, Sofra,Olive Garden and Wapiano were all excellent...surprisingly we found Aubergine a bit of a let down...very overrated! Best breakfast was Marine Restaurant at the harbour.The villa looks over the whole of Kalkan and it was magical sitting on the rooftop watching the changing sky with the sun setting and the whole town twinkling.... Don't leave without going on a boat trip..the most relaxing time was on the Yildiz boat with Adem and his wife. The villa has a Jacuzzi bath in main bedroom where you can relax and have another amazing view.We had a couple of issues with the water going off but a quick phone call to Mustafa told us it was the whole area but within 30 mins the owner called to sort it.Incidently we thought he was the pool cleaner not the owner..he was lovely and brought his wife to meet us on the day of departure. The villa has all the equipment you need however I would have liked some instructions on how to work some of it. There are numerous pots,pans, dishes and a barbecue if you fancy a night in..you can also have food delivered from several places..we ordered from Fotos Pizza via face book. If I had to make any suggestions for improving our stay it would be to have padding on the sun loungers and maybe a small welcome pack on arrival as I have had previously. Nothing is a problem and Mustafa is most helpful and a lovely guy..we cannot wait to return and have passed on the details to lots of friends...so sad to leave.

We love Villa Tepe. We stayed here for the second time as a family of 6. It has amazing views especially from the roof terrace and yet is only 7 minutes walk into the town. Ugur is very attentive from the moment you book until the time you leave. He arranged the transfer which was great. Just one small point on our first visit we had a welcome pack with very useful food etc which is great when you arrive late, this time it was only drinks which were great but coukd have done with a few essentials to keep us going until the morning. This is only a small matter and we will definitely stay again as we love Kalkan

Fantastic Villa, exactly as the photos show. The location couldn't have been better, high enough that you get a good view over Kalkan but close enough that you could walk down into Kalkan quite easily, bit of an uphill walk back, obviously, but take it slowly and it's not a problem. Having said that, it's really cheap getting a taxi back if you're feeling a bit tired, only 15tl (just under £2). Lots of lovely outside space too, a decent sized pool with sunbeds, nice patio area which gave some shade when having lunch. On our first day there we were presented with a huge bag full of baby tomatoes which tasted delicious and lasted us all holiday. We had to request sheets as there were only blankets on the bed when we got there, these were provided the following day. The only complaint if i have one is that we didnt get towels or sheet changes whilst we were there. Whilst there was a washing machine, there wasn't any washing powder. Previous villas we've stayed in have had washing powder in there so we've been able to wash them ourselves which we would gladly have done this time had there been some. Spare sheets would also have been good so we could change them. Apart from that we had a great time and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone and we will look to stay there again next year.

Kalkan da ilk defa tatil yapma fırsatı bulduk eşimle. Balayı çifti olarak geldiğimiz için acabalarımız vardı. Üstelik arabamız da olmadığı için bölgede ulaşım nasıl olacaktı pek fikrimiz yoktu. Tek bildiğimiz villanın merkeze yakın olduğuydu. Nihayet Kalkan bolgesine giriş yaptığımızda bu soruların cevabını aldık.Bir defa fotoğraflarda ne görüyorsanız aynısı hatta daha güzeli ile karşılaşıyorsunuz. Normalde giriş saati saat 15:00 olmasına karşı villanın sahibi Ahmet bey biz erken vardığımız için bekletmemek adına ince bir davranışla bir saat erkenden villaya götürdü. Bir sorun kolay kolay yaşamazsınız ancak ihtiyaç duyup ararsanız Ahmet bey hemen ilgileniyor. Sabahları havuzu hep temiz bulduk.Ahmet bey ne ara geliyor ne ara gidiyor anlamıyorsunuz. Villa muhafazakar çiftler için ideal çevremiz çok sakindi ve rahatlıkla yüzebildi eşim. Bölge olarak çok sakin bir konumda bulunuyor ve gercekten sehrin gürültüsünden bıkmış biri olarak kafa dinlemek istiyorsanız doğru villadasınız demektir. Villa müthiş bir manzaraya sahip. Her sabah o muhteşem manzaraya uyanmak tarif edilemez. Özellikle teras katın manzarası bir harika.Villada internetten televizyona , jakuziden fırına kadar her sey bizler için mevcuttu ve hepsi sorunsuz olarak iş görüyor. Yürüyerek merkeze gitmeniz 5 dk kadar sürüyor. Merkez ile aranızda gidiş gelişli ana yol var üst geçit ile karşıya geçerek çok kısa sürede merkezde oluyorsunuz. Arabam yok aktivitelere nasıl giderim nasıl gezerim diye dert etmeyin. Bu işi yapan tur şirketleri var ve ben özellikle Lukka yı tavsiye ediyorum. Mehmet Bey olsun Emilie hanım olsun çok ilgililer. Aktiviteleri araçsız yaptık peki gezmeyi nasıl yapacağız diy dert etmeyin. Villa nın yakınında durak var ve ortalama yarım saatte bir kaş - Kalkan- patara dolmuşları geçiyor. Yaklaşık 15 dk kaputaş plajına yarım saatte Kaş merkezde oluyorsunuz. Araç ibtiyacınız varsa kalkan merkezde kiralayan yerler var. Özetle biz çok güzel ve dolu dolu bir tatil geçirdik. Bir daha villa tutarsam Kalkan da bu kesinlikle Villa Tepe olur. Villa ya girdiğinizde etrafınızdaki başka villalara bakın doğru villayı seçtiğinizi anlayacaksınız.

My wife and I had the opportunity to have a holiday in Kalkan for the first time. Since we came as a honeymoon couple, we had our doubts. Moreover, since we did not have a car, we had no idea what the transportation would be like in the area. All we knew was that the villa was close to the center. Finally, when we entered the Kalkan region, we got the answers to these questions. Waking up to that magnificent view every morning is indescribable. Especially the view from the terrace floor is wonderful. Everything from the internet to the television, from the jacuzzi to the oven was available to us and all of them work without any problems. It takes about 5 minutes to go to the center by walking. There is a main road between you and the center, crossing the overpass and you will be in the center in a very short time. I don't have a car, don't worry about how I can go to activities. There are tour companies that do this job and I especially recommend Lukka. Both Mr. Mehmet and Ms. Emilie are very interested. We did the activities without a car, so don't worry about how we will travel. There is a bus stop near the villa and the Kas - Kalkan - Patara minibuses pass every half an hour. You will be in the center of Kas in about 15 minutes to Kaputaş beach in half an hour. If you need a vehicle, there are places to rent in the center of Kalkan. In summary, we had a very nice and full holiday. If I ever rent a villa in Kalkan, it will definitely be Villa Tepe. When you enter the villa, look at other villas around you and you will understand that you have chosen the right villa.

We recommend this villa, which we rented through the Baransel group, to everyone. We have a 5 month old baby and before we came we thought about how our holiday would go. As soon as we enter the house, the first thing that catches our attention is that the villa is more beautiful than the pictures. It really has what you're looking for. Everything has been carefully thought through. The interior of the villa is spacious. We felt at home when we walked in. We've never been strangers. Each floor of the villa has a different view, the sea view is FABULOUS. We were never bored. The pool is beautiful. It gets sun all day. There are pancake shops, breakfast places, markets, center, cafes, restaurants very close to the villa. Most importantly, we felt safe. We are also pleased that Mr. Ibrahim wanted to make sure that we had a good holiday because we were satisfied. Also this villa is conservative.

Bunun disinda ev icerisinde her turlu yemeginizi yapabileceginiz arac gerec var. butun odalar klimali. Hic bir odada daralma gibi bir sansiniz yok cunku inanilmazlar. Bunun disinda evin manzarasi harika panoramik kalkan manzarasi essiz. Aksam gun batimi terasta harika. Bunun disinda sehir merkezine cok yakin 3-5 dakika da gidilebiliyor. Kaputaj araba ile 5-6 dk suruyor. Patara 10-15 dk. O kadar yakin heryere. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederim. Ahmet Bey’e ozellikle tesekkur ederim.

I entered the villa on September 10. Before we came, we were worried about whether we would come across houses that were neglected or not clean, as in airbnb. But the house and cleanliness are unbelievably good. The photos reflect the house exactly. I can say that there is more than enough. Ahmet is very concerned, he does the maintenance of the pool and the environment every morning while we sleep, and you enter the clean pool every day. Apart from this, there are tools in the house that you can cook all kinds of meals. all rooms are air conditioned. You don't have a chance to shrink in any room because they are unbelievable. Apart from that, the view of the house is wonderful, the panoramic view of the shield is unique. Evening sunset is wonderful on the terrace. Apart from this, it is very close to the city center and can be reached in 3-5 minutes. The hood takes 5-6 minutes by car. Patara 10-15 min. So close to everywhere. Bu yıl ilk defa ailemle Villa türü bir tatil yapmaya karar verdik. Ancak pek tanıdık bir bölge değil bizim için tereddüt ederek Tatil Villam dan VİLLA TEPE yi bir haftalığına kiraladık. Geldiğimizde çocukların ve benim ilk izlenimimiz, villanın aynı resimlerdeki gibi olduğu, her yer tertemizdi. Villa sahini Ahmet Bey kardeşim sabahları bahçenin ve havuzun bakımını biz uyurken yapıp gitti. Öğlenlenden sonrada arayıp Abi rahatınız iyimi, yapabileceğim birşey var mı diye soruyor. Bunun haricinde gelip giden kimse yok, evinizde nasılsa burda da o rahatlığa sahipsiniz. Havuzun etrafı kapatılmış dışardan görünmüyor, Ailrm rahatlıkla kullanabildi. Villa Tepenin ulaşımı yukarılardaki diğer villalara göre oldukça kolay, araba ile alışveriş yapılacak yerlere 2-3 dakika ( BIM-101-Migros-ŞOK-Fırın 7/24 ). Kalkan ın havası güzel, geceleri tarasta tatlı bir edinti ile çayımızı yudumladık. Bilmiyorum bu yıla özel bir durum mu ama, 1 haftada tek bir sinek sivrisinek yoktu. Tekrarda Villa sahibi Ahmet Bey Kardeşime teşekkür ediyor ve bir daha ki tatilde görüşmek üzere diyorum.

This year, for the first time, we decided to have a Villa type holiday with my family. However, it is not a very familiar area for us, and we hesitated to rent VILLA TEPE from My Holiday Villa for a week. When we arrived, the first impression of the children and me was that the villa was just like in the pictures, everywhere was spotless. My brother Ahmet Bey, the owner of the villa, took care of the garden and the pool in the mornings while we were sleeping. He calls in the afternoon and asks Abi, are you comfortable, is there anything I can do. Apart from this, there is no one coming and going, you have the same comfort here as in your home. The pool is closed, not visible from the outside, Airrm was able to use it easily. The weather in Kalkan is beautiful, we sipped our tea with a sweet taste on the terrace at night. Tatil için bir çok yere baktım. Resimlerinden güzel olacağını tahmin ediyordum ama acaba resimlerdemi kalacaktı güzellik diye de içimde şüphe yok değildi. Tatil bittiğin de Nasıl bittiğini anlayamadım. Evin konumu kullanışı çok güzel ev sahipleri daha bir güzel insanlar. Elinden geleni yapmak için o kadar çaba harcıyorlar ki insan şaşıyor. İyiki burayı seçmişim dedim. Bence böyle bir yer arıyorsanız burası kesinlikle villa tepe olmalı benden size tavsiye derim. Pişman olmazsınız. Baransel ve özellikle Ahmet bey'e teşekkürler diliyorum.

I looked at many places for vacation. I was guessing that it would be beautiful from the pictures, but there was no doubt in me that the beauty would remain in my pictures. When the holiday was over, I couldn't understand how it ended. The location of the house is very nice to use, the hosts are another nice people. They try so hard to do their best that it is astonishing. I said I'm glad I chose this place. I think if you are looking for such a place, this place should definitely be villa hill, I recommend it to you. You won't regret it. I would like to thank Baransel and especially Mr. Ahmet.

it was the place we went for the first time.. frankly, we went in uneasiness because we didn't know what we were going to encounter. A breathtaking view and a smiling team welcomed us in Kalkan. Our villa is in a great location with its location. The people are friendly, the activities are so many that you can't keep up.... Balayı çifti olarak umduğumuz gibi çıkmazsa diye çok korkmustuk ama baransel grup ve villa tepe sahibi ahmet bey sağolsun çok yardımcı oldular kendinizi rahat hissedebilceginiz harika bi villa her katta ayrı bi manzara villaya aşık olmanız için yeterli tek sıkıntı yemek :) ama sizde rahatlık istiyor kalabalık yerleri sevmiyor ve havuzu yalnız kullanmak istiyorsaniz kalkan VILLA TEPE yi mutlaka tavsiye ediyoruz ;)

The shield was a place where we could not get information from anyone without knowing and seeing and we came to fear. As a honeymoon couple, we were very afraid that it wouldn't turn out as we hoped, but thanks to the baransel group and the owner of the villa hill, Ahmet Bey, they were very helpful. A wonderful villa where you can feel comfortable, a different view on each floor, the only problem is food :) but you want comfort and don't like crowded places And if you want to use the pool alone, we definitely recommend the Kalkan VILLA TEPE ;)

Sakinlik,kafa dinlemek için tercih ettiğim tepe villada aradığım huzuru buldum.Sezon öncesi gelip 1 ay kalarak sessiz ve sakin bir kalkan bulmak da benim için çok güzeldi.Nisan ayında havanın ısınmasıyla gerek kalkan merkezdeki gerekse patara plajından faydalanma imkanıda buldum.Ayrıca villanın keyifli ve tertemiz havuzundanda memnun kaldım.Akşamları mavi koltuklu terasında çayımı yudumlayıp çok yakın gözüken yıldızları seyrettim.Villanın her karesinden faydalanabileceğiniz mimarisi var.Manzarası süper..Yukarıdaki villalara nazaran merkeze çok daha yakın olması araçsız gelenler için kalkan merkeze alışverişe kafelere yürüme imkanı sunuyor. Doğa lüx,konfor,sakinlik,eğlence,temizlik,deniz,havuz kısacası herseyi bir arada sunan bir villa tepe villa..Ahmet Bey'e ve Baransel'e ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı çok teşekkürediyorum.Umarım tekrar gelirim..

Baransel Grup çok yardımsever, özellikle Mustafa ihtiyaçlarımıza çok dikkatli. Temiz ve düzenli ve ihtiyacımız olan tüm imkânlar vardı. Nefes kesici bir manzara ile mükemmel bir konum. Me and my 5 friends came to Kalkan for a perfect week. Villa Tepe (also known as villa Armagan) was perfect for us! Baransel Grup is very helpful, especially Mustafa very attentive to our needs. It was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Perfect location with a breathtaking view. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing and the rooms are comfortable and clean, most affordable. I can't wait to go back again next year!
