2 aile olarak geldiğimiz villada unutamayacağımız bir tatil geçirdik. Deniz manzarasına karşı yüzmek ve terasta sohbet edip bir şeyler içmek için oldukça güzel bir villa çocuklarımız havuzda oyun oynarken bizde terasta mangalımızı yaptığımız bir villadan başka ne istenebilir. Tüm bu güzel hatıralar için Tatilvillam şirketine çok teşekkür ederiz gelecek sene görüşmek dileğiyle.
Öncelikle Villa sahibi Ramazan Bey'e canı gönülden teşekkürlerimi arzediyorum. En başta İnsanlığı ve Misafirperverliği, güleryüzlü ve çok yardımsever olması bende ciddi bir iz bırakmıştır. Kendilerini her konuda takdir ediyorum. Kaldığımız Villa çok bakımlı ve temiz idi. Rahat ve temiz ortamda dinlenmenin, gönülce tatil yapmanın sonuna kadar tadını çıkardık. 2021 yılı Haziran ayında 1 hafta 8 kişi tatil yaptık. Evin konumu itibariyle sakin huzur dolu bir manzara sahip ve akşamları hafif bir esinti oluyor.tek kelime ile evin konumu harika. Evde ihtiyaç duyulabilicek her şey mevcut. Kahve makinesi ve bahçedeki salınacak açıklamada yok ama evde var. Her hangi bir ihtiyaç durumunda evin Sahibi Ramazan bey çok ilgili. Kendisine teşekkür ederiz. Seneye görüşmek üzere.

In June 2021, we had a holiday for 8 people for 1 week. Due to the location of the house, it has a calm and peaceful view and there is a light breeze in the evenings. In a word, the location of the house is great. There is everything one could need in the house. The coffee machine and the garden are not in the description to be released, but they are at home. 1 hafta önce balayı için gitmiştik. Gitmeden önce ön yargılarımız vardı, fotoğraftaki kadar güzel değildir diye, aldatıcıdır diye düşündük. Ama tam da fotoğraftakiler gibiydi. Villa temiz ve lazım olacak her şey var. Ütü, çaydanlık, tencereler, tabaklar, bardaklar, kesme tahtası, çamaşır bulaşık mak, ütü masası, tavla, okey, masa tenisi, tv, mikrodalga vs. neye ihtiyacınız varsa var. Markete araba ile 3-4 dakika uzaklıkta. Çevresinde villa yok, sadece yanına ve üstüne 1 villa var ve havuzu kesinlikle görünmüyor, eşim kapalıydı ve rahatça girdi havuza.
Bakıcı sabah 7'de geliyor sessiz sedasız etrafı temizleyip, havuz bakımını yapıp gidiyor.
Her şeyden daha mükemmeli villanın sahibi son derece mütevazı ve samimi Ramazan Bey ve eşiydi. Villanın sahibi gibi değil de bizi ağırlayan bir arkadaşımız, dostumuz gibi davrandılar çok şeker insanlar. İhtiyacımız olan her konuda yardımcı oldular. Son akşam güzel bir sohbet de ettik:)
İlk villa deneyimimizdi, otelden kesinlikle daha zevkli ve rahat. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.
Bölgeye gidince Saklıkent Kanyonu, Patara ve Kaputaş plajına mutlaka gidin. Kaputaş villaya 7-8 km uzaklıkta. Kaş'a bir akşam yemek yemeye mutlaka gidin. Fethiyeye gidip paraşütle atlayın ve ardından ölü denize girin. Yine Fethiye de Kaya köye gidin.
Patara antik kentine uğrayabilirsiniz. Villanın üstünden geçen yolu takip ederseniz yaylalara çıkabilirsiniz.
Dinginlik arayanlar için harika bir seçim.
We went for our honeymoon a week ago. Before we went, we had prejudices, we thought that it is not as beautiful as in the photo, it is deceiving. But it was just like in the photo. The villa is clean and has everything you will need. Iron, teapot, pots, plates, glasses, cutting board, washing dishes, ironing board, backgammon, okey, table tennis, tv, microwave etc. you have what you need. It is 3-4 minutes away from the market by car. There are no villas around, there is only one villa next to it and on top of it, and the pool is definitely not visible, my wife was closed and she entered the pool comfortably.
The caretaker comes at 7 in the morning, quietly cleans the area, takes care of the pool and leaves.
Above all, the owner of the villa was extremely humble and sincere Ramazan Bey and his wife. They treated us not like the owner of the villa, but as a friend who hosted us, they are very sweet people. They helped with everything we needed. We also had a nice chat last night :)
It was our first villa experience, definitely more enjoyable and comfortable than the hotel. We thank you for everything.
When you go to the region, be sure to go to Saklıkent Canyon, Patara and Kaputaş beach. Kaputaş is 7-8 km from the villa. You should definitely go to Kas for dinner one evening. Go to Fethiye and jump with a parachute and then enter the dead sea. Again, go to Kaya village in Fethiye.
You can stop by the ancient city of Patara. If you follow the road that passes over the villa, you can reach the plateaus.

Balayımızda daha önce tecrübe etmediğimiz villa deneyimi yaşamaya karar verdik.Endişe ve korkularımız olsa da vardığımızda tüm şüphelerimiz geride kaldı.Geç vakitte eve giriş yapmak zorunda kalsakta ev sahibi bizi bekleyip bizimle ilgilendi.Nisanın son haftasında giriş yapmıştık.Havuz henüz ısınmamıştı.Ama gene de manzara ve havuz başında dinlenmek keyif vericiydi.Kullanışlı bir jakuzisi var.Masa teniside var vakit geçirmek için,arabanız varsa merkeze inmek kolay,ancak araç yoksa harici bir ulaşım yok.Aracınız varsa gitmenizi tavsiye ederiz.Villa gayet temizdi.Bizim için güzel bir deneyim oldu. :) bu arada eve girdiğimiz de tuvalet kağıdı ve el sabunu bulunmaktaydı.Sürekli var mı bilmiyorum tabi..çevrede inşaat halinde olan villa vardı ama villa muhafazakarlığını koruyor..bu da böyle dipnot olsun.

During our honeymoon, we decided to experience a villa that we had not experienced before. Even though we had worries and fears, all our doubts were left behind when we arrived. Even though we had to check in late, the host waited for us and took care of us. We checked in in the last week of April. The pool was not warm yet. But still the view And it was pleasant to relax by the pool. There is a useful jacuzzi. There is a useful jacuzzi to spend time. If you have a car, it is easy to get to the center, but if you do not have a car, there is no external transportation. We recommend you to go if you have a car. The villa was very clean. It was a nice experience for us. :) by the way, when we entered the house, there was toilet paper and hand soap. I don't know if it's always there. I don't know if there is a villa under construction around, but the villa maintains its conservatism..this should be a footnote.

Villa'dan bahsedersek; lüks, temiz, konforlu, keyifli, korunaklı, alarm sistemli (ister her türlü harekete karşı, ister kapı pencere açılmasına karşı), ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz hemen herşeye yeterli miktarda sahip durumda. Bu villa için araba gerekli, bu villa ile ilgilenen kişilere özellikle belirtmek isterim. Kaş - Kalkan bölgesinden bahsedersem; bu bölgede yaptığım ilk tatildi. Bölgeye de adeta aşık olduk. Kalkan, dolayısı ile de villa, Kaputaş plajı, Kaş, Patara, Saklıkent'in bulunduğu bölgenin tam ortasında. Nereye giderseniz gidin muhteşem bir doğa ve deniz. Tekne turu yapacak iseniz, özellikle Kekova bölgesinden hareketli Kekova turlarını tavsiye ederim. Şimdiden iyi tatiller dilerim.
It was a holiday that fully met our expectations. The villa was perfect in terms of comfort, interest, relevance and pleasure. A car is required for this villa, I would like to point out to those who are interested in this villa. If I talk about the Kas - Kalkan region; It was my first holiday in this region. We fell in love with the region. Kalkan, and therefore the villa, is in the middle of the area where Kaputaş beach, Kaş, Patara and Saklıkent are located. Villanın konumu ve manzarası her göreni hayran bırakıyor. Dizaynı, odaları ve özellikle havuz temizliği kusursuz.
Eğer sessizlik ve sakinlikten hoşlanıyorsanız doğru adrestesiniz :)) Her akşam güneşmin batışını tüm ihtişamı ile havuzdan izlemek tek kelime ile muhteşem...Size tavsiyem gece tüm ışıkları kapatıp gökyüzünü izleyin. Yıldızlar bile bu evin etrafına doluşmuş ..Özetlemek gerekirse güneş doğa, tertemiz hava,manzara... Keşkesiz aklınızda küçük bir şüphe dahi olmadan ailenizle birlikte geçirebileceğiniz güvenli huzurlu bir tatil , villa ve istediğiniz her an ulaşabileceğiniz , ilgili villa sahibi , tertemiz yüreğiyle Ramazan kardeşimiz .. iyi ki tanıdık seni herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz , en kısa zamanda tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle!!!

Our holiday was wonderful in Kalkan, one of the most beautiful coasts of Turkey, as it is every year. Those who are looking for conservative villas, those who want a view, those who want a beautiful pool and villa, those who want nature to be in the trees, those who say they want to be quiet and listen, we have seen all of them and we recommend them. you won't regret it!!!!
The location and view of the villa fascinates everyone. The design, rooms and especially the pool cleanliness are impeccable.
If you like silence and calmness, you are at the right address :)) Watching the sunset from the pool every evening with all its splendor is simply magnificent... My advice to you is to turn off all the lights at night and watch the sky. Even the stars are surrounded by this house.. To summarize, the sun, nature, clean air, the landscape... We had wonderful holidays in this villa. The view from the pool is just breathtaking. The villa is located a bit away from Kalkan in the mountains (about 10 minutes by car). The location is beautiful and very quiet. The privacy is 100% protected and you can move freely. The villa is very spacious and corresponds to 100% of the description on this page! We felt very well and have nothing to complain about only two points.
1. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were not very well cleaned and the floor in the kitchen stuck initially very strong.
2. This point is not a criticism but a comment. It would be nice if the windows and doors had mosquito nets, so that not so many insects come into the house and you can sleep at night with the windows open.

Villa Regal'in resimlerden eksiği yok fazlası var. Oldukça sakin bir konumda yer alıyor. Geceleri kulağınızdaki tek ses, havuzdan gelen su sesi ve çevredeki cırcır böceklerinin sesi.
Özellikle akşamları havuzbaşı mangal keyfi muhteşem oluyor. Günbatımı için muazzam bir lokasyonda. Fotoğraflarınız için arkaplan dörtdörtlük.
Villa Haziran ayında işletmeye açıldığı için, mevcut donanım sıfır ayarında. Gayet temiz.
Kalkan merkeze otomobil ile 7dk sürüyor. 2km yakınında bakkalı mevcut. Market ararsanız mesafe 5km. Araçla ulaşım gayet rahat.
Villanın giriş kısmında kendi bahçe kısmı var. Bu ay kavun toplanabiliyor mesela.
Havuzu kesinlikle dışarıdan görünmüyor. Hemen yanında fotoğraflarda görünen bina inşaat halinde, ancak inşaası şu an devam etmiyor. Zaten görüş alanında panelleme mevcut. Ev sahibinden öğrendiğim kadarıyla inşaat başlayınca panelleme daha kapsamlı yapılacak.
Oda pencerelerinde sineklik olmalı. Çünkü geceleri gayet serin bir mekan. Pencereyi rahatlıklar açabilmek gerekiyor.
Gayet memnun kaldık, sakin bir tatil arayanlara şiddetle tavsiye olunur.
Sessiz ve sakin bir tatil geçirmek isteyenlere önerilir.
Villa Regal has more than nothing less than pictures. It is located in a very quiet location. The only sound in your ears at night is the sound of water from the pool and the sound of crickets in the surrounding.
Especially in the evenings, the enjoyment of the poolside barbecue is magnificent. It's in a great location for the sunset. A perfect background for your photos.
Since the villa was put into operation in June, the existing equipment is at zero level. Pretty clean.
It takes 7 minutes by car to the center of Kalkan. There is a grocery store 2 km away. If you look for a market, the distance is 5 km. Transportation by car is very convenient.
The villa has its own garden at the entrance. For example, melons can be harvested this month.
The pool is definitely not visible from the outside. The building seen in the photos next to it is under construction, but its construction is not continuing at the moment. There is already paneling in the field of view. As far as I learned from the landlord, paneling will be done more extensively once the construction starts.
Room windows should have mosquito nets. Because it is a very cool place at night. You need to be able to open the window easily.
We are very satisfied, highly recommended for those looking for a quiet holiday.
