Villa Petra

Located in Kalkan’s Incebel region, tucked away between the trees in a peaceful and quiet area is Villa Petra. Consisting of two bedrooms, as well as an open plan living space and outdoor pool terrace. The villa is spread over two floors; where the basement floor of the villa has been designed thoughtfully and not only brings luxury but also entertainment features to the villa. Villa Petra's pool terrace is spacious, and features plenty of spaces for sunbathing as well as dining al fresco. The main living space is found on the ground floor of the villa, where the open plan kitchen living room provides space for family to dine together and cosy up during the winter. Glassed doors have been fitted throughout - giving the villa a light and airy feel, and also allows access to the pool terrace from nearly every angle. A bedroom, fitted with Jacuzzi can be found on this floor also. Located downstairs, on the basement floor of the villa, is a further bedroom as well as the villas main entertainment area. Here a sauna, indoor pool and Turkish bath can all be found.

Villa Petra is found in Kalkan's Lavanta area, more precisely found just off the main road leading into Kalkan. We would recommend guests staying here to hire a car or use taxis to explore the local area. For guests looking to hire more than one villa at the same time, Villa Petra is found next door to Villa Omega, Villa Momentus and Villa Carlino.

The indoor pool of our villa is heated and can be activated free of charge between 1st October and 30th April (maximum temperature 27 degrees). Please note the pool may take up to 3 days to heat fully, so we recommend guests request this feature at the time of booking.
