Villa Nirvana

Villa Nirvana is a large villa with spectacular grounds located in the peaceful village of Üzümlü in the hills above Kalkan town. Nirvana is part of a complex of four villas in a spacious area with foliage and trees growing all around. The pool terrace to the front of the villa is vast with a large veranda/terrace on a split level above the pool. Here there is a seating group, hammock, outdoor jacuzzi and a large wooden seating platfrom with triangular wooden peak for shade. There is an extra large private pool with sunbathing area and shaded built-in seating area on the lower part of the split-level terrace. The stunning views from the terrace and interior are of green hills cascading all the way to the world heritage site of Patara and the sea beyond. 

The villa has a very generous open-plan living room, fully fitted kitchen and dining area with table tennis table, split into three sections on the ground floor. A twin suite is found next to the communal downstairs WC which ahs access to the pool terrace. On the first floor are three  en-suite bedrooms with large windows framing the natural views. The master bedroom has a corner jacuzzi in it's bathroom. Each bedroom has a door connecting to a shared terrace which runs the length of the building. 

Üzümlü village where villa Nirvana is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a long, winding gravel village lane and parking space is available next to the entrance.

Villa Nirvana is located close to several of our other featured villas; villa Hilal, villa Lavanta and villa Nature. Groups who want to rent more than one villa close together are invited to explore these villas. 

Our villa is partially sheltered. The pool part can be seen from the outside. There is a tennis, football and volleyball field near our villa. It is a common use area with Villa Nature and Villa Lavanta.
