Villa Nadejda is found in Kalkan's serene Kışla area within walking distance to the sea.  The villa looks out onto a beautiful natural scene where olive tree filled mountains meet the deep blue sea. With a quality furnished interior and 4 en-suite bedrooms this villa feels like a luxury home from home. There is a pool terrace with sunbathing and seating area where guests can unwind amidst the surrounding natural beauty. Inside there is an open-plan kitchen and living room with indoor dining table, fireplace and a separate WC. On the upper two floors there are 3 double suites, the roomy master suite has a separate bath and shower and 'his and hers' sinks. The gem of this villa is the roof terrace on the 3rd floor which has spectacular sea views which can be enjoyed from the shaded comfortable corner seating with a drink in hand.

The location of this villa, Kışla, is a little out from Kalkan's lively town center, around a 20 minute walk. However there are amenities close to this villa, such as a convenience store, several beach clubs and a hotel which has a restaurant open to use by external visitors. Guests staying in this area may wish to hire a car or use the reasonably priced local taxi services. There is a private garage for parking at road level next to the villa entrance for guests who choose to hire a car. The entrance is accessed by going up one flight of steps.
