Villa Mevsim, is a family friendly 8 person villa locatd in Kalkan's Kiziltas area. Thoughtfully designed to allow families to holiday together in private our villa is ideal for all members of the family. The spacious pool terrace features an outdoor dining area as well as sunbeds to allow guests to relax by the pool. The indoor area is spacious and fitted with comfortable furniture allowing guests to relax in a home from home setting. Villa Mevsim is the ideal place for family and friends to spend a break away from home in a comofrtable and relaxed setting.

Note: Our villa is located on the slope and has a steep slope.

17-24 Ağustos 2020 arası 3 aile tatilimizi bu villada geçirdik öncelikle bizim rahat bir tatil geçirmemizde başta BARANSEL GRUP ADINA “VİLLATATİL”E ve hergün bizimle ilgilenen çalışan EMRE BEY’E çok teşekkür ediyorum ilk villa tatilimizdi kafamızda bazı soru işaretleri olsada 1. Gün akşamı bu soru işaretlerinin hiç birisi kalmadı gerçekten odalarıyla teras katıyla havuzuyla içindeki olanaklarıyla 1 hafta çok güzel ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik villa içindeki ufak tefek pürüzleri anında çözen bir firma var karşınızda yani kısaca gönül rahatlığıyla güvenebileceğiniz bir firma villanın tek sıkıntısı girişte dik bir bayırın sizi karşılaması oda sizin için sıkıntıysa tabiki bundan sonra yaz tatillerimi otelde geçireceğimi hiç zannetmiyorum özellikle bu villanın teras katında kalkanın mükemmel havasını solumanızı tavsiye ediyorum gerçekten uzun zamandır bu kadar rahat ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdiğimi hatırlamıyorum ve bir dahaki yazı dört gözle bekliyorum teşekkürler baransel grup teşekkürler kalkan

We spent our 3 family holidays in this villa between 17-24 August 2020, first of all, I would like to thank “VILLAATİL” ON BEHALF OF BARANSEL GROUP and EMRE BEY, who took care of us every day, for our comfortable holiday. None of these question marks remained. We had a very nice and peaceful holiday for 1 week with its rooms, terrace, pool and its facilities. There is a company that instantly solves minor problems in the villa, in short, a company you can trust with peace of mind. The only problem of the villa is that a steep slope welcomes you at the entrance. If it's a problem for you, of course, I don't think I will spend my summer holidays at the hotel from now on, especially on the terrace of this villa, I recommend you to breathe the perfect air of Kalkan r Kalkan

Merhaba öncelikle baransel grup ve tatilvillam ekibine teşekkür ediyorum Villa mevsim'e daha önce 2016 yazında gelmiştik çok begenmistik kalabalık aileler için çok uygun ve çok güzel bir konumda ve manzarada yolu dik bayır olması hiç problem değil neredeyse 4 araçlık otoparkı var biz 3 araç gittik bahçedeki ağaçlar büyümüştü ve çevresi guzellesmisti evle ilgili hiçbir problem yaşamadık 6 yatak odesı 9 yetişkin 7 çocuk çok rahat bir şekilde kaldık istense evin kapasitesi çatı katı ve birinci kattaki odayla dahada arttırılabilir sadece evde süpürge makinasi yoktu olsayma gerekliydi bu eksiği tamamlanirsa iyi olur geriye kalan hersey çok güzeldi evi herkese tavsiye ediyorum

Baransel gruba ilgi ve alakasından dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Baransel grup ile alakalı ne ufak bir sıkıntımız olmadı. 2018 Eylül ayında bu villada 1 hafta geçirdik. Villa gayet konforlu, temiz ve düzenliydi. Eşsiz bir manzaraya sahip. Kaliteli zaman geçirmek için adeta biçilmiş bir kaftan. Villa video ve fotoğraflarda gösterilenden çok daha iyi. Çevresi ağaçlandırılmış, yem yeşil bir hal almış. Cevre düzenlemesi bakımından Video ve resimlerde gördüklerinizden çok daha iyi bir halde. Terasta ve her balkonda rahatlıkla oturabileceğiniz ve manzaranın tadını çıkarabileceğiniz masalar ve sandalyeler var.Tek sıkıntı videonun 35. saniyesinde gördüğümüz bölüm kullanıma kapatılmış.

We would like to thank the Baransel group for their interest and involvement. We did not have a small problem with the Baransel group. We spent 1 week in this villa in September 2018. The villa was very comfortable, clean and tidy. It has a unique view. A perfect fit for spending quality time. The villa is much better than shown in the video and photos. Its surroundings are afforested and the fodder has become green. Much better than what you see in video and pictures in terms of environmental arrangement. There are tables and chairs on the terrace and on each balcony where you can sit comfortably and enjoy the view. The only problem is that the part we saw in the 35th second of the video was closed for use.

Oncelikle ilgiliz icin baransel gruba tesekkur ederiz bu villaya 2016 yilinda geldik ilk kez villada tatil yaptik ve muhtesembe eve diyecek hicbir sozumuz yok ve hic olumsuz bir yani olmadi sadece teras katta oda vardi ama yatak yoktu olsa guzel olurdu ve trasta oturmak ve essiz manzarayi izlemek icin masa sandalye olmaliydi cok guzel bir villaydi kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik tek olumsuz yani 15 temmuzdu bu evde yasadik ve bizde kotu bir ani olarak kaldi

First of all, thank you to the baransel group for your interest, we came to this villa in 2016, we had a holiday in the villa for the first time and we have no words to say what a wonderful home and there was nothing negative about it, there was only a room on the terrace floor, but it would be nice if there was no bed and a table to sit on the shaver and watch the unique view it should have been a chair, it was a very nice villa, we felt like we were at home, the only negative is that we lived in this house on July 15th and it was a bad memory for us
