Villa Levander

Villa Levander is a charming stone villa situated in the pretty green village of Kayaköy on the outskirts of Fethiye city center. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that is mostly unseen from the outside making this a good choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience more privacy on their holiday. The pool terrace to the front of the villa has a large private pool with a shallow end where sunbeds can sit in the pool water. The whole front of the building next to the terrace is covered by a wooden shelter under which is a corner seating area, swing and outdoor dining table. The terrace and building are surrounded by plush green gardens and a stone wall with green netting conceal the pool terrace for extra privacy. A children's playground is provided in the garden.The interior is spaced across a single floor and makes use of open-plan living in it's kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a breakfast bar. There are two en-suite bedrooms, a twin and a double with a corner jacuzzi opposite the bed. 

Kayaköy village where villa Levander is found sits on the outskirts of Fethiye and Ölüdeniz. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, and an interesting history, however the amenities found close by are very limited.. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. Kayaköy village is a wonderful place to explore, also know as the 'ghost village' due to it's abandoned historical buildings. Previously both Turks and Greeks lived side by side in this village and the village has been named a world friendship and peace village by UNESCO.

Villa Levander is located close to several of our other featured villas; villa Levare and Villa Lierre. Groups who want to rent more than one villa close together are invited to explore these villas.

Note : The deposit amount for this villa is 200 EURO. The deposit amount will be returned to guests provided no damage is found at the final villa check at the end of your stay.
