Herşeyiyle yeni ve lüx bu kadar güzel bir villa ile karşılaşacağımız gerçekten beklemezdik fotoğrafta belli oluyordu ama hep fotoğraflarda oynama vardır kesin bilincine sahip olduğumuz için villaya gelince gerçekten görünenden daha güzel olduğunu anladık yeni olması dışında herşey tertemiz ve düzenliydi harika bir tatil oldu bizim için ne söylesem az kalır o derece herşey için teşekkürler.

İlk önce muhteşem bir manzara sizi karşılıyor ve ilk girdiğimizde farkettik villa tertemizdi görevli arkadaşlarada bu özverisinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Odalarına gelirsek hangibirini söylesem bilemiyorum hepsi birbirinden güzel, şahane, konforlu, lüx odalar, akşam sıkılmanızda zor çünkü alt katında şahane bir oyun alanı var biz çok keyifle oyunları oynadık. Bu arada yine aşağı katta size özel sauna ve hamam var inanılmaz keyifle kullandık çünkü bize özeldi. Olumsuz olarak yorum yapacak bir şey bulmak çok zor. Biz ailece geldik herkes fazlasıyla memnun kaldı Villa Espada’da emeğe geçen herkese teşekkürler. Seneye görüşmek üzere ☺️

First of all, a magnificent view welcomes you and when we first entered, we realized that the villa was clean and we would like to thank the staff members for their dedication. As for the rooms, I don't know which one to say, they are all beautiful, wonderful, comfortable, luxurious rooms. By the way, there is a private sauna and hammam downstairs, which we used with incredible pleasure because it was special for us. It is very difficult to find anything to comment on negatively. We came as a family, everyone was very satisfied. Thank you to everyone who contributed to Villa Espada. See you next year ☺️

This Villa is in an exceptional location, about as high up as you can get in Kalkan, on the edge of the town, but with easy (10 mins) access to the centre. It has three large double bedrooms all with jacuzzis plus a decent sized twin. There was loads of space for our party of 6, but possibly not enough equipment if it had 8 staying (chairs, loungers etc). The infinity pool overlooks the sea and town and has great views of the sunset too. And we only found out once there, but the location is about 20 metres away from the Lycian Way, Which I think was Turkey’s first long distance marked footpath. We did about 2km off it, up the hill with even better views. The games room has another small indoor pool in it, and a good pool table and table football table. The ice hockey table wasn’t working though. If you go, please feed the cats - they’re very cute and unobtrusive.
Villa güzel manzara cok iyi. Ancak bir sorun var. Yatak odalarından birisinin girişi evin bodrumunda merdivenle inilen baska bir kapıdan. Bu durum can sıkıcı. 3 aile olarak gittigimiz villada bir aile bu durumun mağduriyetini yasadı. Yatak odalarından birinin bodrum katında ve villanın dısından baska bir girişten oraya girilmesi ayrıca villanın icinden oraya bir gecisin olmaması zorlayıcı oldu.
The villa is beautiful, the view is very good. However, there is a problem. The entrance to one of the bedrooms is through another door in the basement of the house, which is accessed by a ladder. This is annoying. In the villa where we went as 3 families, one family suffered from this situation. One of the bedrooms was in the basement and it was difficult to get there from another entrance from the outside of the villa and there was no access from inside the villa.

We had a wonderful, peaceful, one-week holiday with the family. The villa is magnificent with everything, it is designed to meet every need. The pool is cleaned daily, the garbage is taken out. Our holiday choice was the hotel until today, but the taste of the holiday in the villa remained on our palate. In one word, super...

Above all the location was breathtaking with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea, surrounding mountains and Kalkan City. Just a heads up, you have a 500 meter drive up a steep zig zag dirt road to get to the villa off the main road.

5 kisilik bir aile olarak geldigimiz Villa Espada'dan son derece memnun bir sekilde ayrildik. En buyuk endisemiz hijyendi ancak villa oldukca temizdi. Villa Espada'nin gorevlisi Sait abi her sabah erkenden copu almak, havuzu temizlemek ve herhangi bir ihtiyac olup olmadigini kontrol etmek icin geldi. Bunun yaninda bir baska endisemiz fotograflarla evin uyusup uyusmayacagiydi. Nevresim takimlarina kadar ayniydi diyebilirim. Temizlik, luks ve konfor ariyorsaniz Villa Espada kesinlikle dogru adres. Tum bunlarin yani sira bir mimar olarak Villa Espada'nin mimarini tebrik ederim. Kaliteli malzeme, guzel renk kullanimi ve iyi bir iscilik var evde. Biz cok memnun kaldik. Villa Espada ailesine cok tesekkur ederiz harika bir deneyimdi!
We left Villa Espada, which we came as a family of 5, very satisfied. Our biggest concern was hygiene, but the villa was very clean. Sait Abi, the manager of Villa Espada, came early every morning to get the baton, clean the pool and check if there was any need. Besides that, another concern was whether the house would match with the photographs. I can say that it was the same as for the duvet cover sets. If you are looking for cleanliness, luxury and comfort, Villa Espada is definitely the right address. Besides all this, as an architect, I congratulate the architecture of Villa Espada. There is quality material, beautiful use of colors and good workmanship at home. We were very satisfied. Thank you very much Villa Espada family it was a great experience!

Luckily there was a heated pool inside the villa, so we could also swim when it was a little bit cold outside, especially in the evening. The villa has everything you need from kitchenware to a washing machine so we didn't have to leave the villa everyday to have breakfast or dinner. When we asked for blankets because it was cold at night, mr. Said brought them to us immediately. He was very helpfull and kind during our stay. We are also very pleased to have met ms Hava who also helped us with every question we had and replied very quickly. The villa itself is very beautifull, clean and with a great view of Kalkan bay. The extras like the pool table, air hockey, sauna and hamam made it a really nice vacation for all of us. We definitely recommend villa Espada to everyone without hesitation. Hopefully we will come back some time.

A great villa for modest families.
Yıllardır Ispanyada villa kiraladıktan sonra Turliyede denemeye karar verdik.. Araştırma sonucu tatilvillamdan kiralamaya karar verdik. Biraz terettüt vardı içimizde, ancak Hava hanımla görüşmemizden sonra işlerinde uzman olduklarını anladık. Ilk günden son güne kadar müthiş hizmet ve sıcaklık hissettiler bize Baransel/tattilvillam calışanları. Tabi başta Hava hanıma ne kadar teşekür etsek azdır. Tabi villada bizimle ilgilenen Said beyde çok yardımcı oldu, gece yarısında uykusundan uyanıp bizim problemimizi çözdü.
Villa 5 yildizlı. Tertemiz, geniş odaları, müthiş kapalı ve açık yüzme havuzlarında güzel zaman geçirdik.Mutlaka tekrar bu villada zaman gecirmek istedigimize karar verdik bile.

After renting a villa in Spain for years, we decided to try it in Turliye. As a result of our research, we decided to rent a holiday villa. There was some hesitation in us, but after meeting with Ms. Hava, we understood that they were experts in their work. Baransel/tattilvillam employees made us feel great service and warmth from the first day to the last day. Of course, we cannot thank Mrs. Hava enough. Of course, Mr. Said, who took care of us in the villa, was very helpful, he woke up in the middle of the night and solved our problem.
The villa is 5 star. We had a great time in the clean, large rooms, and the wonderful indoor and outdoor swimming pools. We have already decided that we want to spend time in this villa again.
