Villa Elite Deluxe, designed by Baransel Group, whom have more than 16 years experience, was completed in 2022. This 4 bedroom luxury villa located in Fethiye's Akarca area, has been designed with valued guests in mind and offers guests the opportunity to holiday in complete luxury. The pool terrace to Villa Elite Deluxe is spacious and features areas to dine, sunbathe and relax. The interior to our villas has been designed thoughtfully and has been fitted with comfortable furniture and modern fittings, allowing guests to relax on their well deserved break. All four bedrooms to the villa have been fitted with en-suites, with the two main bedrooms also featuring a jacuzzi. In addition to this Villa Elite Deluxe also has a Turkish Bath, Sauna and indoor pool.

The area where Villa Elite Deluxe is located is popular among holiday makers as well as residents, due to its close proximity to both Çalış and Fethiye town centre. A short journey into Fethiye centre via local buses can lead onto further opportunities to explore the local area. Our villa is also in close porximity to sports and entertainment areas as well as being located in Fethiye's most elite neighbourhood. For families, holidaying with children local parks are a short walk away and Fethiye's main promenade is within close proximity. Guests who are wishing to hire a car, street parking is availale next to the villas enterance.

The indoor pool can be heated and can be adjusted for a fee . The maximum temperature is 25-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.
