We booked directly with Baransel Villas and got a really great deal. The Villa is top notch with fantastic views out across Kalkan and Kalimar bay.
Very spacious Villa, well appointed with 5 very generous bedrooms and common areas.
Wasn't sure the indoor pool, sauna and steam room were necessary, but the kids loved it!

Sizde bizim gibi her anı birlikte geçirmek istiyorsanız kesinlikle tercihiniz olmalı.
First of all, we would like to thank Tatilvillam, who offers such a holiday opportunity without the crowd leaving together. No matter how long we go to a hotel, we cannot all disperse and do everything together. After shopping, nothing is needed, it was an unforgettable holiday, thank you very much.

Eksik yanları:
Tüplü denmesine rağmen kömürlü mangal vardı. Düzeltilmesini istedik ama karşılık bulmadı.
İlk girişte bir bardak su, bir tuvalet kağıdı bile yok.
8-10 saat yol geliyoruz tam eve atıyorsun kendini bir su bile yok wc ye gidemiyorsun minimum da olsa bunlar olmalı.
Tavsiye edilir, güzel villaydı.
It was the first time we had a holiday with a villa rental. It was very enjoyable.
The facilities of the villa are generally very good.
Shortcomings:
Although it was called scuba, there was a charcoal barbecue. We asked for it to be fixed but it was not answered.
At the first entrance there is not even a glass of water, not even a toilet paper.
We drive 8-10 hours, you throw yourself to the house, there is no water, you cannot go to the toilet, even if it is minimum, these should be.
Recommended, it was a beautiful villa.

Tatilvillam çalışanları her zamanki gibi her konuda yardımcı oldular, sadece Villanın iç Temizliği hiç güzel değildi, özellikle Mutfağın temizliği, onun haricinde her şey güzeldi. Bundan önce Villa Doğalda ve Villa Feyzada konakladık, orada her şey 10 Numara 5 Yıldız idi.

This was our third holiday in Kalkan. As always, Tatilvillam employees were helpful in everything, only the interior cleaning of the villa was not good at all, especially the cleanliness of the kitchen, everything else was good. Before that, we stayed at Villa Doguda and Villa Feyza, everything there was Number 10 5 Stars.
Villa is recommended if more emphasis is placed on Cleanliness.

Mesele aslında parayı iade etmenizde değil uslubunuz ve duruşunuz...

This property is absolutely fantastic! This villa is a short distance from Kalkan, which is actually preferred, as the villas surrounding the local town Kalkan are all really clustered together, whereas this one is a short distance away at the top of a mountain with only 4/5 properties in that vicinity, which makes it lovely and private.
The sun is over the villa from 9/10am and sets over the view of Patara beach, meaning you have 11 hours of straight sunshine over your villa. The property has everything that you would need, and is extremely clean. Meet at their offices in Kalkan, after which they take you to your villa. Our caretaker Yusef was very kind, and looked after us all week. He gave me his (Hidden by Airbnb) number, so anything we needed he was just a phone call away.
Everything you would need for a self catering trip can be found in Kalkan which is about 10 minutes drive away. The have main supermarkets such as Migros, or local butchers and shops as well. I can honestly say the entire experience was outstanding, and we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you Baransel for such a lovely experience :)

We stayed in Villa Elegance with our whole family, when we booked it, there was no indoor pool etc. on the site, but we left with satisfaction, even more than we thought. Every room of the house is spacious and has a sea view, we didn't leave the house, so to speak, the view and location were very enjoyable, everything was thought for us adults and children, the gentleman who looked after the villa was very respectful and kind, the only problem for us was that it had a parking lot for two cars, but we parked our other car on the side of the road. We stayed at Villa Elegance for 1 week as a family, we had a nice holiday. Everything has been thought of for a comfortable stay in the villa. It is a house that has been carefully cleaned and arranged, smells of cleanliness and hygiene, its furniture is very new, its pool and surroundings are cleaned every day. We would like to especially thank Mr. Tahsin, because he always offered very fast solutions for us to have a problem-free holiday.

It is a super villa, the pool is super and the view is wonderful, clean and hygenic, every room has air conditioning and a dream. Authorized Tahsin Bey was helpful in every matter and offered practical solutions for everything we were looking for. Coming to Clean
ladies worked fast and very clean. We were very satisfied with everything. We recommend it for those who want to have a quiet and comfortable holiday. You can definitely trust the Tatil Villam site.
