Villa Eda is one of three identical villas located adjacent to each other in a serene area of Üzümlü village where views of the sea at Patara beach can be seen on the horizon. This villa has a pool terrace that has areas unseen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience more privacy on their holiday. The pool terrace is designed with the family in mind with an infinity pool, table tennis table, playground and outdoor dining area so the whole family can make the most of outdoor living. The interior is bungalow style with the rooms all on one floor. There is an open-plan living room and kitchen and three en-suite bedrooms one of which accesses the pool terrace.

Üzümlü village where villa Eda is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a narrow village lane which is gravel in some areas. Sheltered parking space is available next to the villa entrance and the entrance is accessed up a gated flight of steps.

Please note the use of alcohol is prohibitted in this villa.

Eylül ayında kiralamamıza rağmen hava güzeldi.ufak tefek eksiklikler vardı ama villa ile ilgilenen arkadaşlar hemen çözüm odaklı davrandı.Villa konumu birazcık yüksekte olduğu için akşam serindi ama buna rağmen villanın temizliği ve havuz bakımının her sabah yapılması bizi memnun etti.Benim gibi İstanbul sesinden ve trafiğinden bunalmış kişilere kafa dinlemek için manzara ve sessizliği ile birebir harika bir yer.

Although we rented it in September, the weather was beautiful. There were minor deficiencies, but the friends who took care of the villa acted immediately solution-oriented. Since the location of the villa is a little high, the evening was cool, but despite this, we were pleased that the villa was cleaned and the pool was maintained every morning. It is a wonderful place to relax with the view and silence for those who are overwhelmed.

3 çocuğum ve eşimle geldiğimiz villada çocuklarımızdan dolayı tedirginlik vardı. İlk defa villa tatili tercih ediyorduk. Hiç pişman olmadık. İyiki burayı seçmişiz. Çocuklarım çok eğlendi. Onların mutlu olması eşimle benide çok mutlu etti. Huzurlu ve güzel bir tatildi. Bu güzel tatili geçirmemize sebep olan Tatilvillam 'a teşekkür ederiz.

Villa konum olarak biraz yukarıda. Villaya yaklaştıkça bir ara pişmanlık hisseder gibi oldum. Ama sonra birkaç kez market ve Patara için dışarı çıkınca arabayla gidip gelmek hiç sorun olmadı. Manzara harika. Havuzda gün batımını izlemek, harika tasarımlı evde vakit geçirmek çok keyifliydi. Böyle bir evim olsa keşke. Biz ailecek çok beğendik.

Eğer kafa dinlemek ve muhteşem akşamlar geçirmek İstiyorsanız bu villa harika. Bir hafta kaldık, iki kez mangal yaptık, masa tenisi oynadık, gece gece havuza girdik, eşim yüzme öğrendi, küçük kızım da epey öğrendi. Canınız sıkılınca gezmeye gidilecek yerler var yakında.. İki köy merkezine çok yakın. Market, dondurmacı, pideci vs herşey yakında.. Tavsiye ederim. Biz tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz...

The villa is a little higher in location. As I got closer to the villa, I felt like I felt regret for a while. But then commuting by car was no problem after going out to the market and Patara a few times. The wiew is wonderful. It was very enjoyable to watch the sunset in the pool and spend time in the wonderfully designed house. I wish I had a house like this. We loved it as a family.

If you want to relax and spend wonderful evenings, this villa is great. We stayed for a week, we barbecued twice, we played table tennis, we went to the pool at night, my wife learned swimming, and my little girl learned a lot. There are places to visit when you are bored. It is very close to the center of two villages. Market, ice cream shop, pide shop etc. everything is nearby.. I recommend it. We are considering going again...

1 bebeğimiz 7 kişi kaldığımız villa eda odaları çok geniş,her şey düşünülmüş ,her odada banyo ve wc olması çok iyi.havuz hemen hemen her gün yetkili tarafından temizlenip dezenfekte ediliyor,evde mutfak eşyaları kullanışlı yanınızda bir şey getirmenize gerek yok denecek kadar . Villa konum olarak doğa ile iç içe olduğu için ara sıra da olsa böcek olabiliyor oda dış mekanda oluyor . özellikle bebek havuzun içi tadilat istiyor . Aynı zamanda resimlerde görünen salon bisikleti çalışmıyor , bu eksikler giderilirse çok daha iyi olacağı kanısındayım.

1 baby and 7 people, the villa rooms are very spacious, everything has been thought of, it is very good to have a bathroom and WC in each room. The pool is cleaned and disinfected almost every day by the authorized person, the kitchen utensils at home are useful, you do not need to bring anything with you. Since the location of the villa is intertwined with nature, there can be occasional insects, but the room is outdoors. especially the interior of the baby pool needs renovation. At the same time, the lounge bike seen in the pictures does not work, I think it will be much better if these deficiencies are corrected.

5 kişilik arkadaş grubu olarak gittik. Villa gayet güzel, fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi, odalar geniş, havuzu yeterli. Eğlenceli bir tatil geçirdik. Villalar kimse diğerinin bahçesini görmeyecek şekilde dizayn edilmiş, o nedenle dilediğimiz gibi rahat bir tatil geçirdik. Mutfak araç gereçleri tatil boyunca yeterli oldu sadece buzdolabı biraz küçük, 1 haftalık alışverişin tamamını yapıp giderseniz sığdıramayabilirsiniz. Ancak villa konumuna yakın telefon ile sipariş verebileceğiniz marketler var, bu nedenle çok sıkıntı yaşamadık. Bir de akşamları mangal yapılan yerde ışıklandırma yeterli değildi, o tarafa da ışıklandırma yapılabilir düşüncesindeyiz.

We went as a group of 5 friends. The villa is very nice, as seen in the photos, the rooms are large, the pool is sufficient. We had a fun holiday. The villas are designed in such a way that no one can see the garden of the other, so we had a comfortable holiday as we wished. Kitchen utensils were sufficient during the holiday, only the refrigerator is a little small, you may not be able to fit it if you do all of your 1-week shopping. However, there are markets where you can order by phone close to the villa location, so we did not have much trouble. Also, the lighting was not sufficient in the place where the barbecue was held in the evenings, we think that lighting could be done on that side as well.

On the recommendation of a friend of mine, we rented the villa style in September as 2 families. We went so prepared that there was no need to eat and drink. The villa is 15 minutes away from the center of Kalkan. There is no need for that much preparation as there are markets, greengrocers, butchers and restaurants on both the center and the village road. The village offers you the pleasure of a holiday in the forest with a private pool. The interest of the villa owner, the agency and the staff for your special shortcomings is very nice and sincere. Now you can say why you commented on the September holiday. I conveyed the details to the villa owner that they missed some things. There were noises and cracks in the doors and beds. Some materials were old. I conveyed these details to the villa owner in case a friend would say it. The room said that the necessary renovations were made in the past days and they replaced it with new ones. Or they said they were waiting for a vacation again. Also, my friend who recommended it was aware of the event and said that the necessary arrangements were made, and I wanted to thank you here.

It was a great vacation for us. Thank you for the fact that it was organized especially for families with Islamic sensitivities and therefore it was built in a sheltered manner. Villa attendant Mehmet Bey was very helpful. Thank you to him. Although transportation for the villa is a bit of a problem, we were very pleased with the silence, the view and the fresh air. We are having a holiday in a villa with a pool for the first time. It was a wonderful holiday. My wife and my three children were very pleased with the villa. , sitting areas, table tennis, view, silence, sleeping with the sound of running water from the pool at night was simply wonderful. Villadan bugün çıktım. Geçirdiğim bir hafta tatilimden çok memnun kaldım. İlk defa villa kiralıyordum tatilim için ve her şey çok iyi geçti. Villa harika bir konumda doğa ile iç içe. I left the villa today. I was very satisfied with my one week holiday. I was renting a villa for the first time for my holiday and everything went very well. The villa is in a great location, intertwined with nature. A little far from the center but completely away from the city noise. The journey from the center to the villa is about 20 minutes. progress. The villa is very clean and well maintained. Special thanks to Mr. Mehmet for his interest. First of all, I would like to thank Eda Villa for the opportunities offered to us by Eda Villa, as a conservative group that has not received decent service for years and our sensitivities have been constantly ignored. Thank God, we spent many peaceful, full days away from private eyes with my family... Years ago, I wouldn't have believed it if they had told me that I would have a holiday away from such private anxiety... Thank you again... The "U" shaped structure of the villa, the parent I like that the room is located in the most private corner of the building, overlooking the sea.. The building has a clean, fresh and high-quality stance. The white color that dominates the building and decoration gives a feeling of freshness. turned it into a botanical garden. The smell of mint and thyme fills every corner. The building, which is already positioned in a wonderful nature, has been transformed into a natural wonder with the careful care of the homeowners... Baransel Grup’un ofisine geldik. Villa çalışanı bir beyfendi önümüzde motosiklette, biz arkada onu takip ederek villaya ulaştık. 10 dk yol gittik ama yolu takip etmekte çok zorlandım. Villaya vardığımızda “Efendim ben sizi kestirmeden getirdim, siz Kalkan’a inmek için ana yolu kullanırsınız” dediğinde bir şok yaşadık tabi; bilmediğimiz yer, hangi yol?? Neyse ki navigasyonla işimiz rahat oldu, bu tedirginliğe gerek kalmadı. Villa içi gayet sade ve ferah. Korunaklı villa arayanlar için; gayet korunaklı ve manzaralı bir havuz. İlk günümüzü geçirdik lakin villaya ilk girişimizde villa sahibimiz ile görüşüp tanışıp muhabbet etmeyi ummuştuk, olmadı ama sonrasında sağolsun bizi kahvaltıya davet etti, çok da güzel bir muhabbetimiz oldu. Alışverişinizde unuttuğunuz birşey olursa hemen gideyim Kalkan’dan alıp geleyim tarzında bir yakınlıkta değilsiniz ama 1 km kadar mesafede köydeki marketlerden ihtiyacınız görebilirsiniz. Çok hazırlıksızsanız yemek açısından pide, lahmacun, kebap tarzı sipariş verebilirsiniz yakın birkaç yer var. Lezzeti de fiyatı da makul düzeyde acil durum için. 1 haftalık tatilimizde plajlar olsun tarihi mekanlar olsun tamamına yakınını gezdik, villa havuzunda da uzun uzun son derece keyifli vakitler geçirdik. Villa sahibi Mehmet Ali bey ve ailesi ile de güzel, keyifli, tatlı bir muhabbetimiz de oldu. Şunu da belirteyim çamaşır ve bulaşık makinesi için deterjan ve mutfakta yağ, tuz vs olmamasını ilginç karşılamıştım ama sağlık ve güvenlik açısından bırakılmadığı söylendiğinde çok haklı buldum. Yani kısa süreli kullanımlık deterjan, yağ, tuz, şekerinizi alın :) Bahçe ve havuz temizliği sabah erken saatte hiç rahatsız edilmeden yapılıyor ve devamlı bu görevli ile telefonla irtibatta olabiliyorsunuz. Bir erkek ve kadın görevli bizimle ilgilendi. Başta söylediğim ilk ulaşımdaki şaşkınlığımdan başka problem yaşamadık ve gayet memnunduk. Bir daha gelir miyiz? Tabi ki. Orada 4 villa var birbirinden bağımsız ve yanyana; birbirinin manzarasını kapatmak, ortak alan veya giriş, öyle bir durum yok, yan villada yabancı bir aile de olsa hiçbir sıkıntısı yok.Mehmet Ali beyin Kalkan’daki restoranına gidin keyifli vakit geçireceksiniz. For those looking for a sheltered villa; A very sheltered and scenic pool. We spent our first day, but when we first entered the villa, we hoped to meet and have a chat with the owner of the villa. If you forget something in your shopping, you are not in the immediate vicinity, let me go and pick it up from Kalkan, but you can find what you need from the markets in the village at a distance of 1 km. If you are very unprepared, you can order pide, lahmacun, kebab style, there are a few places nearby. Its taste and price are reasonable for an emergency. During our 1-week vacation, we visited almost all of them, be it beaches or historical places, and we spent a long and very pleasant time in the villa pool. We had a nice, pleasant and sweet conversation with the villa owner, Mehmet Ali, and his family. Let me also point out that I found it interesting that there was no detergent for washing and dishwasher and the absence of oil, salt, etc. in the kitchen, but when I was told that it was not left in terms of health and safety, I found it very right. Merhabalar, öncelikle şunu belirtmeliyiz ki merkezden villaya geçene kadar biraz tedirgin olmadık değil,Ancak villaya adım attığımız ilk andan itibaren bütün tedirginliklerimiz yok oldu.Villanın temizliği,düzeni,dizaynı kullanılan malzemenin kalitesi ve düşünülen ince ayrıntılar bizi son derece mutlu etti.Hatta şuan ailecek villayı benimsemiş durumdayız.Yapıcı eliştiri olarak yatakların sert ve yastıkların yüksek olması belirtilebilir,yolların bozuk olması bir başka eleştiri olabilir.Merkeze uzaklığı ilk başta dezavantaj olarak görünsede şunu fark ettikki villanın bu kadar tepede olması hem rahatlık hem de oksijen açısından büyük bir avantaj sağlamaktadır.Özetlemek gerekirse çok memnun kaldık ve seneye inşallah tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz,hatta bir hafta yetersiz kaldığı için en az iki hafta kalınması gerektiğini düşünüyoruz.
