Villa Dora is a Spa villa located in the peaceful village of Üzümlü in the hills above Kalkan town. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that has been partially hidden from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience more privacy on their holiday. The pool terrace to the front of the villa has a large private pool, terrace with shaded dining area and built in BBQ and sunbathing area.
The villa occupies two floors, on the ground floor is an open-plan living room and fully fitted kitchen with a dining table, comfortable furnishings and pool terrace access. The villa has been finished to a high standard with modern fittings. On the first floor are the villas' two en-suite bedrooms, a double with jacuzzi set in marble that light up and a twin each with balcony access from where guests admire the views of green mountains, a quiet village and Patara beach and sea in the distance. Through the master bedroom is the spa room where guests will discover an indoor heated pool, private sauna and hamam (Turkish Bath) and foosball table. This indoor pool can be used in winter months which means villa Dora can be rented all year round. With it's natural surround and spa facilities villa Dora will give our guests a memorable, relaxing holiday.
Üzümlü village where villa Dora is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a village lane and sheltered parking space is available next to the entrance.
Villa Dora is located close to another of our other featured villas; villa Luma. Groups who want to rent more than one villa close together are invited to explore these villas.
NOTE: Villa Dora has an underfloor heating system that can be activated during the winte rmonths for an extra fee.

The OUTDOOR pool can be heated and can be adjusted for a fee . The maximum temperature is 26-30 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period. Indoor Pool Dimensions; Width 2.75 m Length 3.75 m Depth 1.40 m
The indoor pool can be heated and can be adjusted free of charge between 1st October and 30th April . The maximum temperature is 25-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.
