Villa Dark, located in Koca Calis, Fethiye is a luxury villa with 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 guests. Completed in 2021 with high quality and stylish furnishings, our villa has been designed with our valued guests in mind. The spacious outodoor pool and garden area are perfect for family members to get together, as well as this Villa Dark includes an indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath - promising to make unforgettable memories. 

Villa Night and Light are neighbouring villas and make ideal options for larger groups or families wishing to holiday together.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: Width: 2.50 m Length: 4.50 m Depth: 1.10 m

The indoor pool can be heated and can be adjusted for a fee . The maximum temperature is 25-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period. Prices can be found on the payment page for your requested dates.

The villa is absolutely amazing, and the owner makes the entire experience very easy providing a perfect holiday. The villa is exactly how it looks in pics and the indoor pool and sauna just make this place fantastic. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay including washing machine, dish washer and coffee machine. The garden is very well kept and the entire villa is extremely clean and well kept. Very close to local supermarket (Migros - 5 min walk), local taxi service has a button outside the villa and they arrive within a few mins (they also give you a wassap number to get a taxi from anywhere. 7 min walk to beach with a few restaurants (you must try Mekan) or 5 min in taxi to Calis Centre. Everything in the villa works perfectly including the heating on the indoor pool (would strongly recommend if you are staying in cooler months) The Villa Owner is on hand with anything needed and only one call away if anything needed. I honestly can't recommend this villa enough, we have travelled all over the world and I can safely say this was the best villa we have ever stayed in. If you are looking for amazing villa, great location, great facilities (LOOK NO FURTHER) Will 100

Öncelikle villanın konumu süperdi. Temizliğe çok özen gösterilmiş ve herşey pırıl pırıldı. Havuz ve muhteşem bahçesi var. Biz 2 hafta kaldık ve çok beğendik. Ve eylendik. Sahil çok yakındı. Arabayla 5-10 dakikaya gidersiniz. Kesinlikle bir daha gelicez ve ev sahibinin ilgisinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz.

Villa Dark'da 13.08.-20.08. tarihinde muhteşem bir hafta gecirdik. Villa resimlerdeki gibi çok güzel ve temizdi. İçinde hersey mevcut. Her Sabah bahçe ve havuz temizliği yapiliyordu. Ev sahibi Bünyamin Bey çok ilgili, yardımsever ve çözüm odaklı, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettirdi. Her ihtiyacımızda yanımızda oldu ve sayesinde unutulmayacak bir hafta gecirdik. Seneye mutlaka yine oradayız. Herkese şiddetle tavsiye ediyoruz. Güvenlik acisindan da hic bir endişeniz olmasın. Biz üc kadin 1 cocuk araçsız bir sekilde çok rahat ettik. Calis merkez taksiyle 5 dakika, Fethiye Merkez taksiyle 10 dakika.. her yerde taksi cagirabileceginiz butonlar var. Tekrardan Bünyamin beye sonsuz teşekkürler...

Wir waren zu 5. und haben uns in der Villa für einen klassischen Villa-Urlaub niedergelassen. Die Villa ist sehr modern und hat kaum Macken. Sie liegt jedoch etwas abseits der Promenade und dem dementsprechend auch entfernter vom eigentlichen Geschehen in Fethiye, aber ist ruhig und nicht mit Touris überflutet. Wir empfehlen auf alle Fälle ein Auto zu mieten alternativ sind auch alle Ziele mit dem Taxi zugänglich. Das optimale ist, dass direkt neben der Villa eine Taxirufstelle ist. Jeden Morgen wurde der Garten gereinigt, der Pool gesäubert und draußen alles zurechtgerückt. Für Tipps und Rückfragen eines Einheimischen war der Vermieter stets zur Stelle und hat uns weitergeholfen und für unser Wohlbefinden gesorgt. Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass die Klimaanlagen einwandfrei funktioniert und sehr effektiv den Innenraum gekühlt haben (die werden eure beste Freunde sein bei 40 Grad). Alles in Allem empfehlen wir diese Villa weiter. Sie hatte alles was in der Beschreibung beworben wird und einen sehr netten Vermieter.

Villa darkta bir hafta konakladık. Villa çok yeni ve tertemiz. Her türlü mutfak eşyası var. Olmayan bir şey olursa villa sahibi Bünyamin bey bir telefon kadar yakın. Ev sahibi çok ilgili. Evin havuzu bahçesi mutfağı son derece kullanışlı. Konumu çok iyi. Fethiye Göcek katrancı koyu çalış plajına çok yakın. Metro markete arabayla 5 dakika. Yürüme mesafesinde market var. Çok keyifli bir hafta geçirdik. Bir daha gelirsek yine burada konaklamak üzere ayrıldık.

Diese Villa ist ein absoluter Traum! Es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter hat bei der Einrichtung und Ausstattung an alles gedacht. Wir waren in der Villa Dark mit 2 Familien für 15 Tage. Der Standort ist etwas abgelegen aber nicht zu weit vom Schuss, einfach perfekt. Ein Auto braucht man trotzdem. Ganz oben ist das Master Bedroom mit Jakuzi, Turkish Hamam Sauna und Balkon. Darunter sind 2 Schlafzimmer ebenfall mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Man konnte richtig gut entspannen und die Kinder hatten ihren Spass. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und allzeit hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es war wirklich 1:1 wie auf den Bildern! Ich schreibe die Bewertung weil ich gefragt wurde, aber der Inhalt ist kein bißchen übertrieben. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann hier wirklich Urlaub machen. Also nix wie los BUUUUUCHEN!!! Viele Grüße aus GT

Merhaba, bizde pandemiden dolayı tatili villada yapanlardanız. 2. Kez tatil villamdan kiralama yaptım ilk deneyim de Fetihiye idi fena değil diyebiliriz. Fakat bu deneyimimiz gercekten bizim için özeldi. Villa iç ve dış havuzu, çift kişilik jakuzisi, hamamı ve saunası ile bizler için çok keyifliydi. Ayrıca ilk deneyimden dolayı yanımıza aldığımız tava kaşık çatal ne varsa arabadan indirmeden geri gitti . Çünkü bütün mutfak malzemeleri neredeyse hiç kullanılmamışti. Mutfakta Türk kahve makinesinden cayciya ,dolu su sebilinden tost makinasina kadar her şey vardı. Villa sahibi Bünyamin Bey bizi sürekli arayıp yardimci oldular. Havuz temizliği mükemmel diyebiliriz. Sabah kuş civiltilariyla kalkıp gece sessizlikte havuz kenarında salıncakta oturup kitap okumak çok iyi geldi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim . Eğer bir puanlama verecek olsaydım 10 üzerinden kesinlikle 10 olurdu.

Hello, we are among those who spend their holiday in the villa due to the pandemic. I rented my holiday villa for the 2nd time, and the first experience was Fethiye, we can say it's not bad. But this experience was really special for us. The villa was very enjoyable for us with its indoor and outdoor pool, double jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna. Also, because of the first experience, the pans, spoons and forks we took with us went back without taking them out of the car. Because all the kitchen equipment was almost never used. In the kitchen, there was everything from a Turkish coffee machine to a teapot, from a full water dispenser to a toaster. Bünyamin Bey, the owner of the villa, called us constantly and helped us. We can say that the cleaning of the pool is perfect. It felt good to get up in the morning with the chirping of the birds and sit on the swing by the pool in the silence at night and read a book. I would definitely recommend. If I had to give a rating it would definitely be 10 out of 10.
