Villa Colibri is a stylish modern villa found in the town of Kalkan within walking distance to the sea, beach and restaurants. This villa has outstanding views of the sea at Kalamar bay- one of Kalkan's most unspoiled and peaceful bays. The open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area on the ground is spacious with chic modern fittings, an island in the kitchen with gas hob and integrated large dining table and has wonderful pool and sea views from every aspect. The lower ground floor offers an indoor sports room with table tennis table and running machine. Off this room is the first of the villas four bedrooms, a very spacious twin that can be made up as a double with shaded front balcony. The first floor has two double bedrooms, one with bath and shower and both offering large private balconies from where our guests can rise and sit and admire the serene seascape. The master bedroom of the villa is on the second floor connecting to the roof terrace and has a jacuzzi in it's bathroom.

The  pool terrace has an infinity pool with integrated outdoor round jacuzzi. There is plenty space for sunbathing, a shaded outdoor dining area and BBQ so guests can enjoy leisurely days under the sun. 

Underfloor heating is available at this villa for an extra weekly fee of 200 EURO.

This villa is walking distance to the sea and local restaurants and a beach club. The walk to Kalkan town center takes around 15-20 minutes so guests may wish to consider using the reasonably priced local taxi services. For guests who wish to hire a car there is parking space available at road level by the villa entrance . The entrance to the villa is accessed from the road up a a set of steps.

Hello! We rented a villa for the first time, 2 families. The width and design of the house is useful, practical, and the furniture is of good quality. We could not turn on the TV in the living room, the battery was missing, but we were not disturbed at all :) We used the kitchen a lot as a staff of 8, and I would like to point out some of its shortcomings: pots, serving plates, all for 2-3 people; We bought a water bottle, it didn't have a pump. Plus the pitcher. We managed with plastic bottles. My biggest disappointment was the coffee machine. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, not an espresso, we misunderstood. We brought ground coffee from home to no avail. We had to buy capsules from the market. No one expects everything to be perfect, people matter, not the house you go to. We are very happy that we had an enjoyable week.

Öncelikli olarak işk defa kalkana geliyorduk ve ilk defa villa tatili yapacaktık. Herşey beklentimizin çok üzerinde bir durumla karşılaştık. Bundan sonraki tatillerde hiç şüphesiz yine aynı tercihi yaparım.Ev temizliği, havuzu, mutfak araç ve gereçleri, odaları harikaydı. Denize yakın olmasına rağmen evin rahatlığından ayrılmak istemedik. Manzaranın muhteşemliğinde Sessiz, sakin ve huzurla ve keyifli tatil geçirdik. Teşekkürler tatil villam?

First of all, we were coming to Kalkan for the first time and we were going to have a villa holiday for the first time. Everything went beyond our expectations. I will undoubtedly make the same choice in the next holidays. House cleaning, pool, kitchen tools and equipment, rooms were great. Despite being close to the sea, we did not want to leave the comfort of the house. We had a quiet, calm and peaceful and enjoyable holiday in the magnificent view. Thank you my holiday villa

Yaklaşık 8 yıldır Kaş-Kalkan tatili yapıyoruz ve ikinci kez aynı villada kalıyoruz. Daha önce gelişimizde mevcut olmayan havuz kenarı oturma grubu çok iyi düşünülmüş. İki çift kaldığımız bu villa kesinlikle her açıdan buranın en iyisi. Manzara evin her yerinden harika. Ev temizliği sorunsuz. Otopark sorunu yok. Umarım yine geliriz.

We have been vacationing in Kaş-Kalkan for about 8 years and we are staying in the same villa for the second time. The poolside seating group, which was not available on our visit before, is very well thought out. This villa we stayed as two couples is definitely the best in every aspect. The view is great from anywhere in the house. House cleaning hassle free. No parking problem. I hope we come again.

öncelikle aracınız olsa da olmasada rahatlıkla ihtiyaçlarınızı karsılayacak bir konumda , denize yakınlıgı ayrı bir muhtesemlik katıyor , terası harika biz 2 kişiydik ama daha kalabalık aileler için de uygun , tek problem mutfak gereçlerinin biraz eksik olması ricamız üzerine temin edildi fakat aldıgımız tavır hoş degildi , ama merkezi olması manzarası evin yeni ve tertemiz olması fiyata deger .

Biz 4 arkadaş kaldık ve iyi bir tatil yaptık. Denize yürüyüş mesafesinde ama bir kez olsun gitmek aklımıza gelmedi, evde o kadar rahat ediyorsunuz. Havuz ve manzara da harikaydı. Özel park alanı sayesinde araç park sorunu da yaşamadık fakat iki sorunumuz vardı; salon kliması arızalı olduğu için 3 gün klimasız kaldık. En üst kat banyoda su taşma sorunu vardı, aşağıdaki odanın duşunu kullanmak zorunda kaldık. Bu iki sorun çözüldüyse tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir tatil evidir. A pleasant holiday in a house with a new and modern architecture

We were 4 friends and we had a good holiday. It's walking distance to the sea, but we didn't think to go for once, you feel so comfortable at home. The pool and view were also great. Thanks to the private parking area, we did not experience any parking problems, but we had two problems; We were left without air conditioning for 3 days because the living room air conditioner was faulty. The top floor bathroom had a water overflow problem, we had to use the shower of the room below. If these two problems are solved, it is a holiday home that we can choose again.
