Fabulous service and excellent communication from Lotte at Baransel throughout the booking process and our stay. Helpful and friendly check in with Selcuk. Villa had great views, sunsets and was really spacious with excellent facilities, a real home from home. Sauna and indoor pool a bonus. Comfortable beds and plenty of space throughout the villa. Not walking distance to town but it's an easy taxi ride for 35-40TL and taxi was there within 10 mins of call.
Yes, I recommend this villa to anyone requiring a spacious villa with excellent views.

The view of the villa is very nice in terms of location, the view of the villa is extremely relaxing and peaceful, the villa is simple and stylish, there is nothing to tire the eyes, the pool is pleasant and the TV internet shooting is very nice according to the location, we did not have any problems even though we were connected to the Wi-Fi, the temperature of the heating pool is quite enough, but before you come, you should mention that you will use the heating pool. Villa Berrak temizliği, manzarası ve konumu itibariyle harika bir yer. Yüzmeyi seven birisi olarak büyük havuzda yüzmek çok keyifliydi (uzunluğu 10m). Arka bahçede küçük bir cocuk oyun bahçesi'de düşünülmüş. Ayrıca televizyon izlemek isteyenler icin her türlü PayTV (Netflix, BeIN, vb.) imkanları'da ücretsiz olarak kullanilabilir (Sinema, LigTV maçları, vb.). Resimlerdende görüldüğü gibi harika bir deniz manzarası mevcut. Villa sahibi Selcuk Bey en ince detayina kadar herseyi düşünmüş. Sagolsun, kendisi bizimle çok ilgilendi. Birdahaki tatilimizi kesinlike tekrar Villa Berak'ta geçirmekt istiyoruz. Teşekkürler Selcuk Bey.

Villa Berrak is a great place in terms of cleanliness, view and location. As someone who likes to swim, it was very enjoyable to swim in the big pool (10m in length). A small children's playground in the backyard is also thought out. In addition, all kinds of PayTV (Netflix, BeIN, etc.) facilities can be used free of charge for those who want to watch television (Cinema, LigTV matches, etc.). There is a wonderful sea view as seen in the pictures. Villa owner Selcuk Bey has thought of everything down to the smallest detail. Thank you, he took great care of us. Villa Berrak Ailesi ve Selcuk Abiyle tanisdigimiz icin cok mutluyuz. Balayi icin tuttugumuz Villa herseyi ile muhtesemdi. Temizligi, Havasi, Düzeni ve Selcuk abinin Ilgisi cok iyidi. Her sabah o Manzarada kahvalti yapmak, her aksam Günes batimini seyretmek muazzamdi. Memnun kalmama ihtimaliniz hic olamaz. Balayi Ciftler icin önerebilecegimiz ilk ve tek VILLA BERRAK! iyiki o Villayi tutmusuz. Bir Kelime ile anlatmamiz gerekirse oda „Kusursuz“ olurdu :)

We are very happy to meet Villa Berrak Family and Selcuk Abi. The Villa we hired for our honeymoon was magnificent with everything. Its cleanliness, air, order and Selcuk brother's care were very good. It was magnificent to have breakfast in that view every morning and to watch the sunset every evening. There is no possibility that you will not be satisfied. The first and only VILLA CLEAR we can recommend for Honeymoon Couples! Good thing we didn't hire that Villa. If we had to describe it in one word, the room would be „Perfect“ :)

The modern and suitable design of the villa will make you comfortable. Selcuk's smiling and sincere help with our every need to make us comfortable also made us happy. We came to Kalkan for the first time this year and realized that we wasted time on many previous holidays. Villa Berrak is well equipped beyond your expectation. A very clean and well-maintained villa dominates the whole Kalkan with its magnificent view. If you do not visit the surrounding area, even if you spend time in the villa, you will not even understand how the whole holiday went. I won't put the amazing pictures we took here because I want everyone to experience it for themselves. Selcuk, the owner of the villa, is a very kind and good host, we completed our holiday without any problems. I would like to thank my Holiday Villa and Selçuk Bey. I can say that the villa is the place where you will have the most beautiful holiday with the most useful view you can find in the clear Kalkan region. The distance to the center, the market, etc. everything else is 5 minutes away. The villa is wonderful in every sense, as you can see in the pictures. It is a pleasure to watch the sunrise and sunset from that pool. Also, the owner of the villa, Selcuk, is very helpful.. You don't feel like a stranger from the family. Öncelikle ev sahibi Selçuk Bey çok anlayışlı ve beyefendi birisi. Ev ise kusursuz. Mükemmel manzarası ve konumu ile adeta size cennetteymiş havası veriyor. Resimlerde gördüğünüzden kesinlikle daha fazlasını göreceğinize ve mutlu olacağınıza eminim. İç havuzda ve jakuzi de olan manzara nefesinizi kesecek. Ev çok kaliteli malzemelerle döşenmiş...
