Villa Belinay

Villa Belinay is a modern 2 bedroom villa with an indoor heated pool, situated in the natural green village of Üzümlü. Belinay is part of a complex of six different villas all located in the same area.The pool terrace to the front of the villa offers an infinity pool with integrated children's pool, sunbathing area, bar stool and chairs and a shaded outdoor dining area . To the side of the building is a table tennis table and near the back of the building is a children's playground. The stunning views from the terrace and interior are of green hills cascading all the way to the world heritage site of Patara and the sea beyond. 

The interior of the villa is designed with open-plan living in mind, a combined kitchen and living room with fully fitted kitchen, dining table and lounging area sits in the middle of the building. To either side are the en-suite bedrooms, each stylishly designed with large windows to the front to enjoy the pool and natural views and each with pool terrace access. The twin bedroom has a large round jacuzzi featured in the middle of the room and the double suite connects to the villas indoor heated pool . This is the perfect spot for relaxing and watching the spectacular pink and orange sunsets over Patara beach. A separate private sauna is also found next to the twin suite. 

Üzümlü village where villa Belinay is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty, clean air and serenity, however the amenities found in the town are limited to a mini market and several village style restaurants. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car to comfortably explore the wider local area and be able to stock up with groceries. The villa is found along a short steep road and a paved parking space is available next to the entrance.

Villa Belinay is located close to several of our other featured villas; villa Ceylin, villa Beyaz Saray, Villa Damla, Villa Aysun, Villa Flamingo and villa Feyza. Groups who want to rent more than one villa close together are invited to explore these villas.

The indoor pool is heated and can be adjusted free of charge during winter months (1st October - 30th April)  The maximum temperature is 27-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.
