Villa Arcadia'yı güzel resimlerinden büyülenerek seçtik ve hiç pişman olmadık. Gerçekten fotoğraftaki gibi inanılmaz otantik bir iç mimariye sahip. Aradığımız her şeyi kolayca bulduk, ayrıca 300metre yakınında market olması büyük bir avantaj. Villanın bahçesi ve pencereleri çok güzel ayarlanmış kimse sizi göremiyor siz de kimseyi rahatsız etmiyorsunuz. Balkonundan gün batımını izlemeyi hep özleyeceğiz sanırım. Kesinlikle bir daha gelmek istiyoruz.
Villa Arcadia 'da Ağustos ayında bir hafta tek kelimeyle muhteşem bir tatil gecirdik. Villanın mimarisi doğal ahşap kullanımı çok hoşumuza gitti. fotoğraflarla birebir aynı. Manzarası harika,hele gün batımı manzarası paha biçilemez.Yatak odasında konumlanan havuz, kesinlikle harika bir fikir . Gündüz çok sıcak oldugunda içerdeki havuzu daha sonra ise dışardaki havuzu çocuklarımızla rahatlıkla kullanım imkanı sağlamış oldu bize. Bu havuzun mavi loş ışıklandırması ile uyumak, ayrı bir keyif oldu bizim için. Zeytin ağaçları içerisinde konumlanmış villa gerçekten izole ve korunaklı, biz çok rahat ettik bu açıdan da.Villanın konumu gercekten çok iyi ve merkeze de oldukça yakın ama sessiz ve huzurlu. Ayrıca bir çok plaja da çok yakın Patara ,kaputaj .... plajlarına yakın hem denize hem havuza doyabildiğimiz bir tatil oldu.

We spent a week in Villa Arcadia in a word, a wonderful holiday in August. We liked the architecture of the villa and the use of natural wood. exactly the same as the photos. The view is amazing, especially the sunset view is priceless. The pool located in the bedroom is definitely a great idea. When it was very hot during the day, we had the opportunity to use the indoor pool and then the outdoor pool with our children. Sleeping with the dim blue lighting of this pool was a pleasure for us. Located in olive trees, the villa is really isolated and sheltered, we were very comfortable in this respect. The location of the villa is really good and it is very close to the center, but it is quiet and peaceful. Also very close to many beaches, Patara, Kaputaj .... close to the beaches, it was a holiday where we could get enough of both the sea and the pool.
Everything was thought of in the villa, everything we needed was at our fingertips. It is also very good in terms of cleaning.
In addition, the owner of the villa, Bünyamin, is very concerned, he helped us quickly whenever we needed, we thank him very much. It was our first villa holiday and we really enjoyed it. We definitely plan to come back again.

Eşimle balayı için geldik. Eylül sonu Ekim ilk haftasında kaldık. Çok sakin ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik. Villa oldukça izole, dışardan görünmüyor. Villada pek çok şey düşünülmüş , ihtiyacımız olan herşey vardı. Bünyamin Bey de ilgili biri, bir sorun olduğunda hızlıca çözüm sunuyor ve ulaşılabilir. Sakin izole bir tatil için ideal bir yer.

Came with my wife for honeymoon. We stayed at the end of September the first week of October. We had a very quiet and peaceful holiday. The villa is quite isolated, not visible from the outside. 6 Eylül- 12 Eylül tarihleri arasında tatilimizi gerçekleştirdik. Çok memnun kaldık. Manzarası , havuzu , konforu herseyi çok güzeldi. Villanın içinde ihtiyacımız olan hersey vardı.
Villa tam anlamıyla dört dörtlüktü. Bünyamin Bey’in ilgisinden çok memnun kaldık. Seneye kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz. Herşey harikaydı.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Bünyamin for his interest and warmth. It may be the most beautiful holiday we have had in a long time. The location, shelter, view and completely natural tree construction of the house adds a different beauty and atmosphere. You start your day positively and happily with the sounds of birds. The house is much more beautiful than in the photos, it has everything you need in it, and it is really successful in cleaning. The garden and pool are cleaned carefully every morning, toilets, kitchen, cabinets, everything is clean. You find the bed, pillows and linens in a clean and ready-made way. In short, words are not enough to describe your holiday in villa arcadia. We stayed for 1 week as a family, but we couldn't get enough of it.

Öncelikle Bünyamin beyden başlayayım, kendisi son derece yardımsever ve iyi niyetli. Çalışanlar tamamen özverili, çözüm odaklı ve kibar insanlar. 7 günlük ayarlamıştık (4-11 Şubat) o kadar mutlu olduk ki 4 gün daha uzattık. Ayrıca Şubat ayında dışarıdaki havuza girmek bile nasip oldu. Ev tek kelimeyle harika. Isıtmalı havuzu, jakuzisi, saunası, şöminesi her şeyiyle kullanışlı mükemmeldi. Şömine keyfi bence kesinlikle yaşanılması gereken bir olay.
Bizler yeniden geleceğimizden eminiz. Herkese tavsiye ederim. Verdiğiniz parayı sonuna kadar hakkediyor.
First of all, let me start with Bünyamin, he is extremely helpful and well-intentioned. The employees are completely devoted, solution-oriented and polite people. We arranged for 7 days (February 4-11), we were so happy that we extended it for 4 more days. In addition, in February, I even had a chance to swim in the outdoor pool. The house is simply wonderful. Heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fireplace were perfect with everything. Enjoying the fireplace is an event that should definitely be experienced in my opinion.
We are sure to come again. I would recommend it to everyone. He deserves all the money you give him.

Taş ve Ahşaptan yapılmış bu villa sunduğu otantik ortam ile size dağ evi havasıyla huzur verıyor, dağın yamacında zeytın ağaçlarının arasında temiz havası romantik ortamı eşsiz manzarası ile sevdiklerinizle sessizliğin içinde mutluluğun tanımına çok daha açıklayıcı bir anlatım getirmiş bu villanın gerek merkeze yakınlığı gerekse çevresinde gezilebilecek ortamlar sunması ayrı bir güzel. Burda horozlar erken uyanıyor sabah 5 te ötmeye başlıyorlar çalar saat kurmanızada gerek kalmıyor :))) Gezmeyi ve sessızlığı sevıyorsanız, sezon sonu olmasına rağmen kasım ayında gittiğimiz bu bölgede hava sıcak, merkez ve yakın civarlarda gezebileceğiniz yerler boş sessiz sakindi.Pİşman olmadan acabalar olmadan keşke demeden bu villayı tercih etmenizi sevgili eşimle beraber tüm yeni evli çiftlere tavsiye ediyoruz.

Her sabah havuzumuz temizlendi, herhangi bir sorun hiç yaşamadık. Kaputaş'a , Kaş'a ve Kalkan merkeze çok yakın ancak arabasız gidenler için biraz zor olur diye düşünüyorum. Villaya çıkan yokuş biraz dar ve dikkat gerektiriyor.
Büyük marketlere yakın, evin ihtiyaç duyduğu herşey harika çalışıyor . Saunası , kapalı havuzu , barbeküsü herşeyi harika. Ev sahibi Bünyamin bey ve tatilvillam çalışanı Uğur Bey'e teşekkür ederiz.

The villa is really as beautiful as it looks in the pictures, we had a very enjoyable holiday with its view, peaceful silence and the structure of the house. Our pool was cleaned every morning, we never had any problems. It is very close to Kaputaş, Kaş and Kalkan center, but I think it will be a bit difficult for those who go without a car. The slope leading to the villa is a bit narrow and requires attention.
Close to major markets, everything the house needs works great. Sauna, indoor pool, barbecue everything is great. We would like to thank the host Bünyamin and the holidayvillam employee Uğur Bey.

İsmini, eski Yunanistan'da sade-mesut bir ırkın oturduğu rivayet edilen, cennet hayatı yaşatan dağlık ülke ''Arcadia''dan alan Villa Arcadia, bize dağın kıyısında, zeytinliklerin arasından gözüken deniz manzarası ve minimal bahçesiyle çok keyif aldığımız bir tatil deneyimi yaşattı. Bina yapı malzemesinde taş ve ağaç kullanılması, ev içi ve bahçe/havuz eşyalarında ahşap tercihi evin en sevdiğimiz özellikleri oldu. Koltuk takımı hariç evin yatak başlıklarından mutfak tezgahına her şeyi bu masif havayı oluşturmakta gayet başarılı seçimlerden oluşuyor. Yatak odasında konumlanan havuz, kesinlikle harika bir fikir olmuş. Bu havuzun mavi loş ışıklandırması ile uyumak, tatilin mutlu olduğum bir parçası oldu. Ayrıca bu havuzdan ve yatak odasından dışarıdaki havuzun, oradan da büyük zeytin ağacının görünmesi, bütün tatil boyunca benim için ikonikleşen bir akdeniz hissi yarattı. Bahçenin aromatik bitkili, turunçgilli peysajı sayesinde Cestrum parqui, biberiye, lavanta ve alt bahçedeki incirlerin mis gibi kokularıyla dinlendik bunun için teşekkürler. Temizlikle ilgili bir endişeniz olmasın.

Villa Arcadia, named after the mountain country "Arcadia", which is rumored to be inhabited by a simple and happy race in ancient Greece, gave us a holiday experience that we enjoyed very much with its minimal garden and sea view on the mountainside, between the olive groves. The use of stone and wood in the building material, and the choice of wood for interior and garden/pool furniture were our favorite features of the house. Except for the sofa set, everything from the headboards of the house to the kitchen counter consists of very successful choices in creating this massive atmosphere. The pool located in the bedroom was definitely a great idea. Sleeping with the blue dim lighting of this pool has been a happy part of the holiday. Also, the view of the outside pool from this pool and the bedroom, and from there the big olive tree, created an iconic Mediterranean feeling for me throughout the entire holiday. Thanks to the aromatic plant and citrus landscaping of the garden, we rested with the fragrant scents of Cestrum parqui, rosemary, lavender and figs in the lower garden. Thank you for that. Don't worry about cleaning.

Merkeze araba ile 15 dk uzaklıktadır. Yakındaki marketlere bile Yürüyerek gidilmez denemeyin yorucu oluyor. Villanın önüne çıkan yol biraz fazla yokuş olup yol bozuk lastiklere dikkat edilmelidir. Ütü, saç kurutma makinası bulunuyor. Özelikle corona döneminde kimseye temas etmeden geçirebileceğiniz güzel bir tatil geçirmenizi sağlayacak bir villadır. Villa sahibi ilgili ve taleplerinizi hemen yerine getiren iyi bir ev sahibidir.

The villa is exactly as in the photos. Heated pool, outside pool is clean and cleaned daily. Garbage is collected regularly. Landscape is very beautiful. Kitchen utensils are sufficient. Rooms are nice and adequate. It is a place for 4 people and the number of sunbeds is not enough. The jacuzzi on the upper floor should be operated carefully. There are some ants, it needs to be sprayed. It is 15 minutes away from the center by car. You can't even walk to nearby markets, don't try, it's tiring. The road in front of the villa is a bit too steep and attention should be paid to bad tires. Iron and hair dryer are available. It is a villa that will allow you to spend a nice holiday without contacting anyone, especially during the corona period. The owner of the villa is a good host who is attentive and promptly fulfills your requests.

Eylül ayında kaldığımız 1 hafta boyunca keyifli bir tatil yaptık. Villanın sahip olduğu ve sunduğu kalite gerçekten hissediliyor. İç ve dış havuz gerçekten temiz ve güzeldi. Villanın kullanım şeklide gerçekten çok hoştu. Özellikle ahşap ve taş konsept sevenler varsa tavsiye ederim. Özellikle akşamları havuz kenarında oturmak ve sohbet etmek çok keyifliydi. Ağaçların arasında deniz manzaralı bir konumda. Keyifli huzurlu bir tatil geçirmek isteyenlere tavsiye edebilirim.

We had a pleasant holiday during our 1 week stay in September. The quality that the villa has and offers is really felt. Indoor and outdoor pool was really clean and nice. The way the villa was used was really nice. I would recommend it especially if there are wood and stone concept lovers. It was very enjoyable to sit by the pool and chat, especially in the evenings. It is in a position with sea view among the trees. I can recommend it to those who want to spend a pleasant and peaceful holiday.

We rented the villa for 1 week in August. We had a very enjoyable week. Having indoor and outdoor pools is very advantageous. It is an extraordinary villa with a chalet feel. I strongly recommend.
