Villa Anıl is a stunning luxury villa with breathtaking panoramic sea views. Situated high in the Kördere area of Kalkan villa Anıl is a peaceful place to shed the stress of the year. The pool terrace area is partially secluded and unseen from the outside so guests who require privacy during their holiday will be very comfortable in this villa.

For a property that accommodates 6 the entire villa has been designed to be very spacious. The pool terrace has a long infinity pool (with integrated children's pool) which spills out into the sea below. A large rattan swing and seating group and  sunbathing area are available for guests to lounge under the sun. There is a canopy sheltered outdoor dining area adjacent to a green garden area with built in stone BBQ, perfect for meals with family or friends whilst watching the superb Kalkan sunsets. The luxury continues inside the villa with two double suites- one accessing the jacuzzi and is adjacent the the private sauna and hamam (Turkish bath).  A spacious twin suite is also situated on the same floor. The ground floor homes a very spacious open-plan living area with fully fitted kitchen and chic furniture light by the double-height window which makes the most of the natural views. Villa Anıl has everything a family could need for the perfect holiday retreat.

The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Anıl is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. There is space to park a vehicle at the rear of the villa. Alternatively guests may wish to use the reasonably priced local taxi services to explore the local area.

Asla ve asla gelmeyin. Bu yorumlara kim neye göre yazmış anlamadım.Yorumlara ve resimlere bakarak balayı için tuttuğumuz villa tam bir rezaletti. Heryer pislik içinde hiçbirşey temiz değil. 2 günde bir havuz bahçe temizlenecek denildi 7 gün kaldık bir Allahın kulu uğramadı. Evde ne bir bez ne temizlik malzemesi yok bir el sabunu bile bulunmuyor. Hamamı çok bakımsız kokuyor ve pis bizden önceki misafirlerin kullandıkları pis sular duruyordu. Havuz temiz değildi içinde uno kartı bile vardı tiksindiğimiz için iki havuzada giremedik. Bahçesini bir gün bile kullanamadık bakımsızlıktan arılar yuva yapmış bırakın mangal yapmayı kahvaltı dahi yapamadık hatta güneşlenemedik bile. Yorumlarda yolu bozuk denmiş kabullenerek ama bırakın bozuk yolu yol bile yok. Ultra lüks balayı villası diye geçiyor ama asla değil. Jakuziyi kullanalım dedik çalıştırmamızla içinde pislikler cıkması bir oldu . Evin aydınlatmaları bozuk bir sürü lambası yanıp sönüyor korku filmi gibi evin içi.Konumuda çok kötü yoku olmayan dik virajlı bie yamacın en tepesindeki son villa kalkan gibi ana caddeye bile domuz inen biryerde çok tehlikeli bir konumda. Ayrıca tam anla ıyla güvenlik zafiyeti var. Bahçenin kapısı açık ve ısıtmalı havuz kapısı bahcedende acılabiliyor. Dışarıdan eve ulaşım oldukça kolay herhangi bir kilit yok. Biz yatakodamızın kapısını kitleyerek uyuyabildik. Ultra lüks villada su deposuda yok ayrıca. 2 gündür sular kesik duş bile alamadık.Kısacası kampingde çadırda kalın yinede buraya gelmeyin

We rented a Villa for the first time and had a holiday. For the most part, I would say it went well. Playground Park and Pool is really beautiful and enjoyable. It is considered to be one of the farthest Villas from the centre, and the road to the Villa is quite steep, I hesitated to go up and down by car alone. But you can order from the markets, greengrocers and restaurants in the vicinity, even if you don't want to go down to the bazaar, you won't be a victim. The view is magnificent, the environment is calm. It is actually a beautiful and enjoyable villa for families with children. The only thing that bothered me was that the inside of the house was now a bit broken. The interiors of the kitchen cabinets were very dusty, there was an unpleasant smell of drains from the toilets. There were many ants in the house on the ground floor of the house. There was damage to the Jacuzzi in the bedroom. So long story short this beautiful luxury villa is really nice and needs a detailed renovation. And a more detailed cleaning. Apart from that, everything went smoothly, be it the host or the Holiday Villa Agency.

We had made a reservation at Villa Hay through Tatilvillam. We had to leave the villa due to an unresolved issue we had there. When we conveyed the situation to the company, we were met with an interest and courtesy that far exceeded our expectations. While we were expecting a refund, the company assumed all responsibility due to an error that was not actually caused by us or the company. In the remaining days of our holiday, they hosted us in Villa Anıl, which is very high in terms of budget and quality. Even though the kitchen furniture is a bit old, we came across a holiday place that has been designed very well with everything and offers visual pleasure and comfort with fine details. Extra table tennis and table football (Foosball) added a different fun to our holiday. Thank you for everything, my holidayvillam.

I can recommend the kitchen furniture to be renewed and the sauna to be overhauled. If a swing type air conditioner is placed in a suitable place in the living room, it can be more efficient especially in heating.

Villa Anıl’ı bir tavsiye üzerine tesadüfen bulduk, görsellerine bakınca çok beğendik ve hemen kiraladık. Kalkana daha önceden gelmemiş ve nerede olduğunu dahi bilmeyen biriydim ama iyiki gelmişim görmüşüm ve iyiki Villa Anılı tutmuşuz. Binanın şekli yapısı her şeyi o kadar güzeldi ki anlatmakla bitiremem. Aşağıda havuzlu bir oda var bi üst katta ise muhteşem manzaralı diğer iki oda hamam ve sauna var. Villa o kadar büyüktü ki nerede yatacağımıza karar vermekte bi miktar zorlanmış olabiliriz. Binanın korona virüse karşı dezenfekte edilip güzel bir şekilde temizlenmesi de bizi oldukça mutlu etti. Çünkü bu dönemde tatil yapmak oldukça korku veriyordu bize ama villaya girdiğimiz andaki temizlik kokusu içimizi anında rahatlattı. Ayrıca Villa oldukça temizdi ve her gün sabahın erken saatlerinde havuz bakıcısı gelip havuzun ilaçlarını atıp gerekli bahçe ve havuz temizliğini yapıyor. Bu yüzden her gün bahçemiz ve havuzumuz tertemizdi. İlk defa villa tatili yapan biri olarak ailecek çok memnun kaldık ve artık her sene bunu tekrarlayacağız. Villa Anıl’ın sahibi olan Anıl beye de ayrıca teşekkür ederim, bizi alıp binamıza kadar yerleştirdi gerekli her türlü bilgileri ve nerelere gidebileceğimize kadar her türlü bilgiyi verdiği için. Bu bina kesinlikle ailecek tavsiyemizdir. Çok beğendik umarım yazın da birlikteyiz.

We found Villa Anıl by chance upon a recommendation, we liked it very much when we looked at its visuals and we rented it right away. I was someone who had never been to Kalkan before and didn't even know where he was, but I'm glad I came and saw it and I'm glad we kept Villa Anı. The shape and structure of the building was so beautiful that I can't finish it. There is a room with a pool downstairs, and on the upper floor there are two other rooms with a magnificent view, Turkish bath and sauna. The villa was so big that we might have had some trouble deciding where to sleep. We were also very happy that the building was disinfected against the corona virus and cleaned well. Because it was quite scary to have a vacation during this period, but the smell of cleaning when we entered the villa instantly relieved us. In addition, the Villa was very clean and the pool caretaker comes early in the morning every day, throws the pool's medicines and cleans the garden and pool. That's why our garden and pool were clean every day. As a first time villa vacationer, we were very pleased with the family and we will repeat this every year. I would also like to thank Mr. Anıl, the owner of Villa Anıl, for taking us to our building and giving us all the necessary information and information about where to go. This building is definitely our family recommendation. We enjoyed it very much, I hope we will be together in the summer.

Kasım ayında tatil yapmamıza rağmen kışı hiç hissetmeden bu aşırı lüks villada harika bir hafta geçirdik. Gece geldiğimiz için manzarayı ilk başta götememiştim fakat sabah olduğunda gözlerim yerinden çıkacaktı, dünyanın en güzel sabahına uyanmıştım resmen. Hergün o güzel manzarada fotoğraf çekilip durdum. Hangi mevsimde gelirseniz gelin her mevsimi ayrı güzel gerçekten. Asla ve asla pişman olmayacağınıza eminim. Civarında birçok gezmek için yer olmasına rağmen biz villayı bırakıp gezmeye dahi gidemedik. Çalışanları da ayrıca çok ilgili ve kibardı onlardan ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Despite our holiday in November, we spent a wonderful week in this extremely luxurious villa without feeling the winter. Since we came at night, I couldn't see the view at first, but my eyes would pop out in the morning, I woke up to the most beautiful morning in the world. Every day I stopped taking pictures of that beautiful view. No matter what season you come, every season is really beautiful. I am sure you will never regret it. Although there are many places to visit around, we could not even leave the villa and go for a tour. The employees were also very caring and polite. I would also like to thank them.

Mutfakta cok karınca var,ne kadar önlem almış olsakta yemeklerimiz karıncalardan ziyan oldu.Sabah bahçe ve havuza bakan çalışanların belirli bi saati yok.Bir gün sabah 7‘de diğer günde 8‘de gele biliyorlar.Beni en cok rahatsız eden konu çalışanlardan birtanesi öglen saat 11‘de haber vermeden ön bahceye gelmesi oldu. Ben o beyefendiyi tesadüf ön bahceye giderken gördüm ve şok oldum.Ben değilde Eşimde habersiz karşılaşa bilirdi.Üstelik tesettürlü hanımlar icin yeterince korunaklı değil,dikkatli olmak gerekiyor.Ön bahceden ve yan bahceden (mangal ve cocuk parkın olduğu yer) yolun üst tarafından gözüküykor.Villanın önüne yabancı arabalar park ederken bahce komple gözüküyor.Genel olarak begendik,bunlar önlem alına bilecek konular.

The view of the villa is really beautiful. The villa is very big, don't go out for 1 week, you won't get bored in the guinea. We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the villa. The location is very good. There are a lot of ants in the kitchen, no matter how much precautions we have taken, our food has been wasted by ants. The employees who look at the garden and pool in the morning do not have a fixed time. He came to the front yard at 11 without notice. I saw that gentleman by chance when he was going to the front garden and I was shocked. Not me, my wife could have met unannounced. Moreover, it is not sheltered enough for women wearing hijab, it is necessary to be careful. When foreign cars are parked in front of it, the garden looks complete. In general, we like it, these are issues that can be taken precautions.

Hayatımda gördüğüm en büyük en lüks en güzel villa diyebilirim, en çokta o manzarası beni kendisine hayran bıraktı kocaman bir bahçesi salıncağı kocaman bir havuzu var fotoğraftakinden kat kat daha güzeldi içeri girince sizi kocaman bir mutfak ve salon oyun alanı ve muhteşem ötesi bir deniz manzarası karşılıyordu odalar banyolar koşacak heryer muhteşemdi en önemlisi de temizlik, gerçekten villa heryeri özenle temizlenmişti. Bizim için önemli olan bir diğer nokta ise dışarıdan kimsenin bizi rahatsız etmemesiydi ve bu isteğimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı, bırakın rahatsız etmeyi kimse görmüyordu bile ayrıca merkeze de yakın olmasından dolayı rahatlıkla gezip dolaştık seneye gene burayı tercih edeceğiz biz bayıldık herkese de tavsiye ederiz, tatil villam ailesine ve bizimle çok ilgilenen ev Sahibi Anıl beye çok teşekkür ederiz

I can say that it is the biggest, most luxurious and most beautiful villa I have ever seen in my life, most of all, its view amazed me, it has a huge garden, swing, huge pool, it was many times more beautiful than in the photo, when you entered, a huge kitchen and lounge playground and a magnificent sea view greeted you. The bathrooms were magnificent everywhere, most importantly, the cleaning, really, the villa was carefully cleaned everywhere. Another important point for us was that no one from the outside bothered us, and this was more than enough for us, let alone no one to disturb us, we even wandered around easily because it was close to the center. We will choose this place again next year, we loved it, we recommend it to everyone. Many thanks to Anıl, the host, who took great care of us

Ülkemizde içinde olduğu bu zor dönemde aslında çok korkarak tedirgin olarak geldik fakat gelince tüm endişelerimizin yersiz olduğunu anladık. Villa aşırı derecede temiz ve hijyenikti, havuz hergün temizleniyor ve alet ekipmanlar oldukça iyi durumdaydı. Kendim bi sağlık personeli olduğum için koronadan dolayı neredeyse iptal edecektim ama iyiki de etmemişim. Geçirdiğim en korkusuz huzurlu tatildi. Villa zaten muhteşem ötesiydi, aşırı lüks ve her türlü ihtiyaca göre tasarlanmıştı, hele o deniz manzarası ona diyecek hiç bişey bulamıyorum güneşin doğuşunu ve batışını hiç kaçırmadan izleyin derim. Benim en çok memnun kaldığım diğer konu ise villa sahibi Anıl bey ve tatil villam ekibiydi. Her türlü ihtiyacımızda bize çok yardımcı oldular, gezilecek yerleri yapılacak aktiviteleri marketi kısacası aklınıza gelecebilecek herşeyi gece gündüz demeden bize yardımcı oldular. Onlara da ayrıca buradan çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Amazing Holiday in Corona

In this difficult period in which our country is in, we actually came very scared and uneasy, but when we arrived, we realized that all our worries were unfounded. The villa was extremely clean and hygienic, the pool was cleaned every day and the equipment was in very good condition. Since I am a healthcare professional myself, I almost canceled it due to corona, but I'm glad I didn't. It was the most fearless peaceful holiday I've ever had. The villa was already beyond magnificent, it was extremely luxurious and designed for all kinds of needs, I can't find anything to say about that sea view, I say watch the sunrise and sunset without missing. The other thing that I was most satisfied with was the owner of the villa Anıl Bey and the team of my holiday villa. They helped us a lot in all our needs, places to visit, activities to do, market, in short, they helped us day and night without saying anything you can think of. I also thank them very much.

bu villayı sosyal medya aracılıyla buldum ve iyiki de bulmuşum. kocaman bir ev hayal edin içerisinde ihtiyacınız olan herşeyden çok çok daha fazlası var. martın ilk haftası geldiğimiz için havalar biraz serindi ama biz ona rağmen çok çok memnun kaldı dışarıdaki o devasa havuzu kullanamadık ama içerideki havuzu gece gündüz demeden kullandık. içeride langırttan masa tenisine hamamdan saunaya ve jakuziye kadar herşey vardı. çok keyifli zamanlarımız oldu. ayrıca bu yerde fotoğraflar aşırı derecede güzel çıkıyo. manzara kadar evin içinde çekildiklerimizde muhteşememdi. kızlar balayı için kesinlikle bu villayı tercih edin ve yanınızda gelinliğinizi yada şık bi kaç tane kıyafetinizi getirmeyide asla unutmayın çünkü burası çekim yapılabilecek harika ötesi bi yer. yazın tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyorum. teşekkür ederiz Tatil Villam ailesi biz Villa Anıldan çok mutlu ayrıldıkkk

I found this villa through social media and I'm glad I did. Imagine a huge house, there is much more than everything you need in it. Since we came in the first week of March, the weather was a bit cold, but we were very, very pleased despite that. We couldn't use that huge pool outside, but we used the pool inside day and night. Inside, there was everything from table football to table tennis, from Turkish bath to sauna and jacuzzi. We had a very enjoyable time. Also, the photos in this place come out extremely beautiful. It was magnificent when we were filmed inside the house as well as the scenery. Girls, definitely choose this villa for their honeymoon and never forget to bring your wedding dress or a few stylish outfits with you, because this is a wonderful place to shoot. I'm thinking of coming back in the summer. Thank you Tatil Villam family, we left Villa Anıl very happy

eşim ve ben ilk tatil yerimizi seçmekte oldukça karasız kaldık ilk tatilimiz olduğu için nerde nasıl sessiz ve rahat bir tatil yapacağımızı araştırmaya başladık. ilk başlarda karşımıza birçok otel çıktı daha sonra internette gezerken tatilvillam sayfası ile karşılaştık. oraya girdiğimizde villa tatili seçenekleriyle karşılaştık. daha önce hiç böyle bir deneyimimiz olmadığı için tatilvillamda daha önceden tatil yapan müşteri yorumlarına baktık. müşteri yorumlarına baktığımızda mutlu ve memnun müşterilerin kaldığını gözlemledik. daha sonra bizde kendimiz için villa bakmaya başladık.kendimiz için baktığımız villalardan 3 4 tanesini beğendik ve bunların arasında kararsız kaldık. bu seçtiğimiz villalardan 4 tanesinin ismini küçük kağıtlara yazdım ve bunlardan bi tanesini eşimin seçmesini istedim. eşimin seçtiği kağıtta villa anıl yazıyordu. böylelikle gideceğimiz villayı kararlaştırmış olduk. daha sonra tatilvillam ekibiyle irtibata geçerek rezervasyon işlemlerini yaptırdık.heyecanla o günün gelmesini bekledik. o gün geldiğinde ikimizde oldukça mutlu ve heyecanlıydık. geldiğimizde tatilvillam ekibi bizi güler yüzle karşıladı. daha sonra villaya geldik ve yerleştik. villa bizim beklentimizin üstündeydi. hayal ettiğimizden daha fazlası vardı. en güzelide evin her ama her yerinden denizi ve o muhteşem manzarayı görüyor olmamızdı. bundan sonraki yıllarda tek tercihimiz kesinlikle tatilvillamdan yana kullancağız. bu güler yüzlü ekibe ve villa sahibine çok çok teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. :) :) :)

My wife and I were quite hesitant to choose our first holiday destination. Since it was our first holiday, we started to research where to have a quiet and comfortable holiday. At first, we came across many hotels, then we came across the holidayvillam page while browsing the internet. When we entered there, we encountered villa holiday options. Since we have never had such an experience before, we looked at the customer reviews who had vacationed in my holidayvilla before. When we looked at the customer comments, we observed that there were happy and satisfied customers. Then we started to look for villas for ourselves. We liked 3 or 4 of the villas we looked at for ourselves and we were undecided among them. I wrote the names of 4 of these villas we chose on small papers and asked my wife to choose one of them. Villa anıl was written on the paper my wife chose. Thus, we have decided on the villa we will go to. Then we contacted the Tatilvillam team and made the reservation process. We eagerly waited for that day to come. When that day came, we were both very happy and excited. When we arrived, Tatilvillam team welcomed us with a smiling face. Then we came to the villa and settled in. The villa was above our expectation. There was more than we imagined. The most beautiful thing was that we could see the sea and that magnificent view from every corner of the house. In the following years, we will definitely use my holiday villa as our only choice. We would like to express our gratitude to this friendly team and the owner of the villa. :) :) :)

burada yayınlanan video veya fotoğraflar bu villa için oldukça yetersiz kalmış. buradaki fotoğraflardan binlerce kat daha iyi ve daha güzel.evin içerisinde hiç bir eksik yoktu olunca da villa sahibi Anıl beye iletip oda bize her konuda yardımcı olduğu gibi bu konuda da yardımcı oldu. burdan kendisine ve tatil villam ekibine çok teşekkür ederiz. bizim muhteşem bir tatil yapmamıza sebep oldunuz. villaya gelecek olursak, tek kelimeyle eksiksiz ve mükemmeldi. kocaman bi havuzu ve büyük bir aileye yetebilecek kadar bahçesi var . bahçede ayrı koltukları ve masası olması da oldukça hoşumuza gitti. villanın içerisindeki ürünler de oldukça kaliteli ve güzeldi biz burda çok fazla fotoğraf çekildik. sabah uyandığınızda sizi yatakta muhteşem bi deniz ve gökyüzü karışılıyo benim favorim manzaraydı. ciddi anlamda bağımlılık yaptı bizde. seneye tekrara görüşeceğiz.?❤️?

We would like to thank him and his holiday villa team from here. You made us have a wonderful holiday. As for the villa, it was simply complete and perfect. It has a huge pool and a garden enough for a large family. We also liked the fact that it has separate chairs and a table in the garden. The products inside the villa were also very high quality and beautiful, we took a lot of photos here. When you wake up in the morning, a magnificent sea and sky mingle with you in bed. Es ist gut, dass wir unsere Ferienvilla vorgezogen haben und es ist gut, dass wir gekommen sind, um abzuschirmen und einen so schönen Urlaub zu machen. Wir danken auch der Ferienvilla und dem Personal getrennt. Sie haben sich sehr für uns interessiert. Kalkan war ein Urlaubsziel jenseits unserer Träume. Die Villa, in der wir wohnten, war alles schön und hatte so viele Funktionen, dass ich nicht fertig zählen kann. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen und sicherlich hierher kommen. Die Türkei kam aus Deutschland als Familie wir so viel Arbeit für einen Urlaub in Qualität verbringen und wir möchten uns bei allen bedanken, die wir lieben.

Şehir hayatından sıkılmış be yorulmuş birisi olarak buraya gelip ailemle kafa dinleyip tatil yapmak gerçekten bize çok iyi geldi her yıl başka yerlerde tatile gidiyorduk fakat bunlar hep büyük oteller olduğu için yeterince dinlenme fırsatımız olmuyordu ama bu yıl ise herşey çok daha güzel oldu hem yeterince dinlendik hemde keyifli bir tatil yaptık❤️??

Villanın konumundan manzarasına, içindeki eşyalardan dışarıdaki bahçesine kadar her şey tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi. Gayet korunaklı ve kesinlikle dışarıdan kimsenin sizi göremeyeceği şekilde tasarlanmış bir villa. Kendim çok temiz ve titiz bi insan olduğum için temizlik konusunda biraz tereddütlerim vardı ama içeriyi gördüğüm zaman bu tereddütlerimin boşuna olduğuna karar verdim. Villanın içerisindeki heryer tertemiz ve gerçekten hijyenikti. Çarşaflarınız pikeleriniz yastıklarınız ve evin içi ciddi anlamda çok temizdi. Gerçekten çok keyifli ve çok güzel bi tatil geçirdik, herşey için çooook teşekkürler..

It is a very sheltered villa designed in such a way that no one can see you from the outside. Since I am a very clean and meticulous person myself, I had some hesitations about cleaning, but when I saw the inside, I decided that these hesitations were in vain. Everything in the villa was clean and really hygienic. Your sheets, piques, pillows and the inside of the house were seriously clean. We really had a very enjoyable and very nice holiday, thank you very much for everything..
