This chic modern villa is situated in an elevated position with views that sweep down through Kalkan's rolling hills and far out to sea. This is an excellent option for a honeymoon or family get away due to it's tranquil position. The villa faces out to sea with no buildings obscuring the view, making this one of our secluded villas. The pool terrace and interior are not overlooked so lends itself to conservative families or groups want to have total privacy and freedom during their holiday. Here there is a large infinity pool which spills out to the sea below. A spacious outside dining area, seating area and sunbathing area are featured so guests can spend leisurely hours gazing at the views.
The interior of the villa is spaced over one floor and is finished to a high quality with luxury furnishings. There is a light and spacious open-plan living area with fully fitted kitchen and dining area. The master suite connects to the indoor pool and the twin suite (which can be made up as a double suite) has a jacuzzi. With it's unrivaled views of the sea and islands villa Akruins will give guests a dream escape.
The Kördere area of Kalkan where villa Akruins is found sits high above the town center of Kalkan. The advantage of this area is the unrivaled views, however the amenities found in the town are not within walking distance. Guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car as the road leading to the villa is very steep and uneven. A 4x4 vehicle would be the best option to hire for this area. There is space to park a vehicle at the rear of the villa. Please be aware the road leading up to the villa is steep, as shown in the last photos.
Note: A private apartment has been built underneath the villa; their doorway are private.
Note: The underfloor heating system in this villa can be turned on for an extra fee of 200 EUR per week in the winter.

(heated indoor swimming pool which can be used as a jacuzzi) The indoor pool can be heated and can be adjusted for a fee . The maximum temperature is 25-29 degrees. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.
