Villa Ahiska exhibits elegant modern design inside and out. Occupying an elevated position Ahiska has dazzling sea and landscape views seen throughout the property. This villa is ideal for large families with it's spacious open-plan living area, vast pool terrace and games room.

The villa has all the facilities a family could want for a leisurely holiday. The pool terrace has plenty of space to enjoy a swim in the infinity pool, which is like a runway to the sea, or work of your stress playing table tennis under the sun. There are sun loungers and a chic rattan seating group,swing and jacuzzi for those in the group who prefer to relax with a book or a drink. On the lower ground floor is an indoor games room with a pool and air hockey table. There are two suites on this floor, one twin and a spacious double. The first floor has the master suite which has a jacuzzi and separate shower in the bathroom. There is a small separate wardrobe/ dressing area and a balcony with awesome panoramic views. Two more double suites can be found both with balconies sharing the fantastic views. Villa Ahıska is a popular choice for large groups looking for a luxury villa. 

This villa is situated on an incline so whilst the walk to town is easy the return journey is more challenging. Guests may wish to hire a car or use local taxi services (which are reasonably priced). There is ample parking space for those wishing to hire a car. 

Note: The air hockey on the ground floor of this villa has bee removed due to a fault.

Biz 2022 nisan ayında bu villayı bulduk ve 6 arkadaş tuttuk. Villayı görene kadar bir kaç şüphemiz vardı fakat villa tam da resimlerde görüldüğü gibiydi. Hatta bizim gittiğimiz hafta yağmurlu ve aşırı rüzgarlı gösteriyordu villanın konumu o kadar iyiydi ki kalkan merkezde rüzgardan kafelerde oturulamazken eve çıkınca hiç rüzgar olmaması bizi çok şaşırttı ve sevindirdi. Villa için olumsuz olarak yazabileceğim sadece bir kaç eksiği var onlarda ; Evin hiçbir yerinde boy aynası malesef yok Banyo lavabolarında ve duşlarda şampuan ve ya sabun koymaya bile yerler yok. Dolaplarda çekmece yok. Sadece 2 oda da makyaj masası vardı. Genel olarak tüm odaların yatakları çok sorunluydu. Ya yayları kırık ya da bazaları aşırı ses çıkarıyordu. Yeteri kadar tabak,çatal vs arayacağınız her şey villada mevcut. Keyifli ve güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Umarım seneyede bir başka villa da deneyim yaşayabiliriz:)

Kalabalık bir tatile gelmek ve istediğimiz gibi bir villa bulmak zor oldu ama hem kalabalık olup hemde manzaralı bir villa bulmak hayalimizde bile yoktu ama bu güzel villa bizim şanşımız oldu diyebilirim :) hem temiz hemde sade bir villa gereksiz hiçbirşey yok fazla kalabalık bişeylerin olmaması binanın daha geniş ve kullanım alanını arttırmış.gayet temizdi oyun malzemeleri için ayrı odanın olması bizim gibi kalabalık gelenlerin uyuma kalkma saatleri uyuşmadığı için erken kalkan canı sıkılan oyun malzemelerini kullanabildi ve hiçkimseyi rahatsız etmeden denize yakınlığı araç gerek duymadan taksi ile hemen gidip gelindi çok keyifli bir tatildi bitsin hiç istemedik seneye geleceğimizin tarihini bile belirledik diyebilirim :)

It was difficult to come on a crowded holiday and find a villa as we wanted, but we didn't even dream of finding a villa with a crowd and a view, but I can say that this beautiful villa was our luck :) it's a clean and simple villa, there is nothing too crowded, the building is wider and it increased the usage area. It was very clean, there was a separate room for the game materials. Since the sleeping hours of crowded people like us did not match, they could use the bored game materials, and it was a very pleasant holiday, we never wanted it to end. I can even say that we have set the date for our arrival next year :)

Between 29 April and 17 May 2021, we stayed at Villa Ahıska for 18 nights and 10 people. There is no shortage of it.... My holiday villa agent friends are very interested and offer quick solutions... Arkadaş grubumuzla geçirdiğimiz 1 haftalık mutluluk ve huzur. Keyifli, konforlu ve güzel manzaralı bir villa. Villa içersinde ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Odalar ve duşlar temiz ve rahattı. Bilardo ve masa tenisi artılardandı. Air hockey hayli eskimiş değiştirilmesi iyi olur. Havuzun deniz tuzlu olması ve büyüklüğü gayet hoştu. Beyaz eşyalar ve mutfak gereçleri yeterliydi. Yalnızca bir kahve makinesi eklenebilir :) Son olarak jakuzili odanın banyosuna kapanan bir kapı eklenmeli:)

1 week of happiness and peace spent with our group of friends. A delightful, comfortable villa with a beautiful view. Everything we needed was available in the villa. Rooms and showers were clean and comfortable. Billiards and table tennis were pluses. Air hockey is quite old, it would be good to replace it. The pool was salty and the size was nice. White goods and kitchen utensils were sufficient. Only one coffee machine can be added :) Finally, a closing door should be added to the bathroom of the jacuzzi room :)

If you take the turn a little further than the extremely steep slope they bring you on your way to the villa, you will be on a slightly better road.

From the moment we arrived the villa was perfect. Everything and more you could need for a family holiday. Mustafa was brilliant with communication before the holiday and during our stay. The villa was lovely, spacious and plenty of room for our 5 children to play. They loved the pool and the games room. Town is only a short work down a hill and we got a taxi back for less than 10 lira (about £2). We will definately be back hopefully next year. It really is so relaxing and perfect. Ive stayed in a lot of villas and this tops them all by far. Thanks Mustafa.

Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Die Villa hat alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Die Lage und demzufolge die Aussicht ist super. Der Pool ist für die maximale Anzahl der Gäste ausreichend groß. Dieser wird jeden Morgen und Abend gewartet bzw. durchgecheckt. Alle Zimmer sind gut klimatisiert. Der eine oder andere zweite Fernseher wäre nicht verkehrt, aber wer schaut schon Fern in den Ferien ;) Kalkan selbst bietet alles was man braucht auf einer Straße 'Şehitler Caddesi' - dort ist auch die Baransel Vertretung der Villa zu finden. Unterhalb des Drehkreuzes der Stadt bis zum Ufer findet man die typischen Touristenlokalitäten von Bars und Restaurants bis hin zu diversen Einzelhändlern.

Spectacular views from a wonderful villa that has all any family would want. Walk into town only 10-15 mins downhill and cheap taxi ride back. Villa is well equipped and very modern with space for 2 families sharing and great views from all rooms. The highlight however is the infinity pool and the fabulous view of the town, harbour and bay from sitting in the jacuzzi to perching at the end and basking in the sun. Mustafa provided great help before and during visit and kids love the excellent games facilities and wifi. Would highly recommend as great villa in a wonderful resort and with friendly and helpful management. We all loved it.

Beautiful view outside the 2 bedrooms upstairs. And a even better view from the infinity pool. With right angles, some jaw dropping photos can be clicked! Modern interior with a games room (the air hockey table was not functioning but the pool table was great), not to mention the classy lounge which opens up to the infinity pool. The pool area has a sofa seating area on one side overlooking the town below, with a BBQ. The other side, you will find a table with chairs with a nice swing (not the cheap kiddie ones) which overlook the sea and the Islands. The sun sets beautifully behind the mountins which is clearly visible from the pool and bedroom balconys. Nice of the company to set up the villa with some bread and eggs which allowed us to find our feet after a needed first night sleep. (We landed 9pm). The villa is located 15mins walk from the town and is situated in the hills. We decided to hire a 7 seater Dacia which was able to climb the steep hills and made the transport to and from the town centre sweat free!. Airport transfers and car rental cost weighed up the same so it made sense to rent a car for the whole stay rather than wave down taxis! This also worked in our favour when we decided to visit nearby beaches. Easy to navigate roads. The best beach (Kaptus Beach) is a short 10mins drive from the villa. In comparison to the other beaches, which charge an entry fee, are further, and definitely not as beautiful. Only down side? its a pebble beach. A truely memorable stay which didn’t break the bank! This particular town is however more expensive but more chilled compared to Antalya and other cities. The people are calm and don’t bother you to visit their shops. Would love to return for another nice chilled holiday.

Fabulous holiday in this villa. Only 2 of us but it gave us the space and freedom to be just us. Beautiful views all round making you feel on top of the world. Everything was just wonderful in this house. It is very spacious and well equipped. Specially in the kitchen, you will not miss anything and there were even eggs, bread, water, coffee and some others things for the first day provided. The house is very spacious, but we were only 4 adults and one child, so there was much room for everybody. The big and marvellous pool is clean because of the daily service in the morning. We were not so lucky with the weather, nearly every day a bit of rain. Due to the weather the water in the pool was not too warm, but still okay. The mangement was friendly and helpful and always concerned if we need anything. Harika :-) Someday we will be back for sure

Open plan feel to living area with lounge, kitchen and dining space. Upstairs three ensuite bedrooms. Downstairs two further ensuite bedrooms plus an open space with pool table and air hockey table. There were only four of us so we only used the three upstairs rooms. Three year old villa very well maintained, showing very little signs of wear. This is a rental villa with little in the way of personal items. Blinds on windows don’t stop the light so expect to wake early. Very few clothes hangers and wash pegs. Cleaning was thorough prior to our arrival and also half way through our stay (arranged on a day to suit us). Air conditioning worked very well. Certainly plenty of space and privacy for another family downstairs (or a larger group). Villa has four double beds and one twin bedroom (on the lower floor). Outside space; pool is fantastic and kept impeccably clean. Plenty shade by three parasols. Ten sun loungers. Dining table, corner sofa and swing chair. Kitchen was well appointed, there was a basic welcome pack (water, juice, bread, eggs) which was a nice touch for our first day. Villa is over the main road up the hill. From the initial booking, arranging airport transfers, arranging cleaning and being available to assist whenever needed, Mustafa was there to help. Mustafa ensured everything ran smoothly and we had no need to worry about anything - he was a message away and responded promptly. We arrived on a late flight from the UK and the transport was waiting for us at Dalaman Airport. A party of 8 adults we already knew that there was a long journey to Kalkan but the driver stopped at a small shop and bought water and chocolate for all of us. On the approach into Kalkan, the driver slowed right down to ensure we all got to enjoy the view from the main road into town. We arrived at the Villa and even though it was late, we could not resist the temptation of a warm evening and the infinity pool. Lovely touch, there was a welcome pack which consisted of bread, butter, milk, coffee,juice and eggs so once we were all up the next morning no-one was left hungry or thirsty. The villa itself is luxurious and very spacious. The place is maintained by the caretaker who comes to the property 6 days a week and looks after the pool, keeps the outside area clean and will always advise if he is not going to be there. We arranged for the mid stay clean to happen on the Saturday at 10am and sure enough, 2 people arrived and worked through the Villa without any intrusion. There is plenty to keep people busy, there is a large flat screen tv with satellite, downstairs there is a pool table and air hockey indoors and table tennis on the pool deck and of course there is the infinity pool where we spent a large proportion of our time. There are sufficient sunbeds and umbrellas and no-one suffered from sunburn (the temperature was in the low 30's for most of the holiday). We made the villa our home for the duration of the holiday, as largish party, we moved the garden furniture about to make one large outdoor dining space. There is a barbeque and we had some spectacular meat from the local shops. In fact the local produce is fresh and tasty. The Villa is not well known with the local taxi drivers so we had fun trying to work our way back from the town but due to the "hilly"nature of Kalkan, taxis were required to help bring back the shopping. 15 Turkish lira - bargain! We ate out frequently and wherever we ate, the service was friendly, the food well cooked and very reasonably priced. As mentioned, we were a party of 8 and never had a problem finding somewhere to eat even during Eid. A must is a boat trip from the harbour. We hired a boat for the day and had the most amazing experience. The boat was crewed by a lovely local couple who took us out amongst the flotilla of other boats leaving the harbour daily. We went to coves where we could swim from the boat and enjoy some very special moments - swimming with a turtle was a highlight for those fast enough to keep up. The food was freshly prepared and there was no fear of going hungry as we had a main lunch, fruit and then tea; coffee and cake. . Having been to Kalkan in the past, we decided on this occasion that we were having a chilled holiday so we did not venture away from the villa but there are plenty of activities locally which are a must for those visitors who are looking to go to see local antiquities, the sea or the local gorge. Due to work commitments, our party shrank in size over the first 10 days and Mustafa arranged transfers for all 3 return trips to Dalaman airport. The drivers arrived promptly at the designated time and we were given an executive car on each trip - much better value than the service we had in the UK!! So would we go back to Kalkan - yes So would we return to Villa Ahiska - most certainly if we were travelling again as a group of +8. Would we look to source a different size villa through Mustafa (Baransel Group) if the numbers were smaller - most certainly. As a family, this is the first time in 8 years where we have all managed to go away together and we are already looking to arrange another family holiday back to Kalkan.

Fabulous holiday ! One of the nicest places we’ve ever been to and will definitely return. The Villa had everything for a large family with a decent sized swimming pool with incredible views , if you weren’t lazing by the pool we were either playing ping pong or pool in the games room. We ate out most nights , Kalkan centre was only a short walk down the hill and can honestly say we never had one bad meal . Would definitely recommend kekova sunken city boat trip with Bravo Tours ,was amazing. Thanks Ugur .

Amazing views day and night very quiet location away from all the bars .Clean and comfortable beds everything you could need ,little arrival package nice touch to keep you going .Quite a walk down to main area for shops and bars but can get a taxi back quiet cheap.weather was good so that was an added bonus would go again and recommend .

Lovely, modern, spacious villa! The views are amazing, we had the room on the ground floor, massive room with massive balcony..lots of memories made in this villa.. Lots of hills to walk up but we didn't realise until the last day how cheap the taxi's were! Lots of shops and restaurants to explore in Kalkan. Would def recommend!

Huge house, lots of room to spread out. The pool and outside space were perfect and very well maintained by Ali , who came every morning. Sitting out on the deck late at night with the lights on all around the bay was picturebook pretty and something we will remember for a long time. Taxis were a necessity really for carrying shopping up to the house as the roads are poor and steep but as all rides cost 15TL (just over £2) we had no problem with that , or finding something to buy in the unique shops and restaurants. Didn't have one bad meal or poor service anywhere . Everybody was very friendly and helpful and being two females , we weren't at all worried being out anywhere (I've been asked several times if it was safe , and that's a resounding yes!) We took two boat trips , such good value and amazing experiences with lots of stops for swimming . The only downer for me was not seeing a turtle, which just confirms the necessity to go back as soon as possible

We booked this villa for two weeks for special birthdays. On the face of it this is a lovely villa. High points are the pool which was so clean and the views. Main bedroom was spacious. Long walk to the town although this was not really an issue for us. Our main gripe was the cleaning. Villa was cleaned once in two weeks. Bed and bath towels changed once. Yes we had a machine but my expectation of a luxury villa is regular cleaning. The pool area is lovely but furniture has seen better days. Several sun beds breaking. Outside table was replaced during our stay. Outside chair cushions needed cleaning. The villa is also next to a building site where new villas are being built. There was no work being done during our stay but unsightly and when they are finished villa will be very overlooked. We stayed in Kalkan 7 years ago and the area has become more commercialised and lots and lots of villas popping up everywhere. Best place we found was Keske cafe on our way up and down to the town. Half way stop for refreshments and cake and Huseyin the owner is lovely. Had the cleaning been done more regularly during our stay our score would have been higher.

We stayed in this villa for 1 week and the things I didn't like are: The air hockey downstairs is very bad. There is no door to the shower cabin in the sink of a downstairs room. The handle of Dusakabin remained in my hand. While I was wiping my hand on the towel, the towel hanger remained in my hand. In a villa called the garden will be cleaned every day, only 1 day came and the garden was cleaned. When we first came to the villa, we saw that there were fingerprints on the windows. Dust particles stuck to our feet. Not as hygienic as it should be. But it also has its good sides. Having many sunbeds, billiards, table tennis table, number of rooms and pool are among the things I like.

From the moment we arrived the villa was perfect. Everything and more you could need for a family holiday. Mustafa was brilliant with communication before the holiday and during our stay. The villa was lovely, spacious and plenty of room for our 5 children to play. They loved the pool and the games room. Town is only a short work down a hill and we got a taxi back for less than 10 lira (about £2). We will definately be back hopefully next year. It really is so relaxing and perfect. Ive stayed in a lot of villas and this tops them all by far. Thanks Mustafa. ---------- Villaya vardığımız andan itibaren herşey kusursuzdu. Aile tatili için herşey hatta fazlası vardı. Tatil öncesi ve tatilimiz esnasında Mustafa ile iletişimimiz harikaydı. Villa çok hoş, ferah ve 5 çocuğun oynayabilmesi için bolca odaya sahipti. Çocuklar havuzu ve oyun odasını çok sevdiler. Kalkan merkez kısa bir yokuş aşağı yürüyüş mesafesinde ve villaya geri dönüş için 10 liradan daha az bir ücretle taksi tuttuk. Umarım gelecek sene kesinlikle geri geleceğiz. Gerçekten çok dinlendirici ve mükemmeldi. Pek çok villada konakladım ve bu hepsinden uzak ara önde. Teşekkürler Mustafa.

It had everything and more for a family vacation. Our communication with Mustafa before and during our vacation was great. The villa was very pleasant, spacious and had plenty of room for 5 kids to play. Kids loved the pool and playroom. Kalkan center is a short downhill walk and we took a taxi back to the villa for less than 10 liras. I hope we will definitely come back next year. It was really relaxing and perfect. I have stayed in many villas and this one stands out by far. Thanks Mustafa.

Bu villada 3 aile çocuklarımızla konakladık, Fotoğraflardan fazlası var diyebilirim, villanın konumu ve manzarası çok güzel en büyük özelliği bence havuzunda kimyasal kullanılmaması çocuklar için çok sağlıklı biz denizden çok havuzu tercih ettik kesinlikle tavsiye ederim verdiğiniz paraya değer. We stayed in this villa with 3 families with our children, I can say that there is more than the photos, the location and view of the villa is very beautiful, the biggest feature of the villa is that I think it is very healthy for the children that no chemicals are used in the pool. We preferred the pool rather than the sea, I definitely recommend it, it is worth the money you pay. Thank you.
